The scene is a court room.

Mastermind is sitting with his lawyer the Defender. Another lawyer is sitting on the other side of the room. The Accuser. Suddenly the door to the court room opens and in walks the Judge. Judge Justice.

BAYLIFF: "All rise."

Everyone stood to their feet. Judge Justice walks to his chair, and sits down.

BAYLIFF: "Be seated."

Everyone sat down.

The Bayliff turned to the Judge:

BAYLIFF: "Case Swagmire vs Mastermind your honor. Swagmire accuses the Defender Mastermind of being a cheater, of being a loser, and being fake."

The Judge looks across at Mastermind.

JUDGE JUSTICE: "How do you plead Mr. Mastermind?"

Mastermind and his lawyer stood up.

"Not Guilty your honor."

JUDGE JUSTICE: "Very well sit down. Where is this Swagmire? The accuser?"

Swagmire's lawyer stood up.

THE ACCUSER: "I'm representing him sir, Mr Swaggins cannot be here today but I will be representing him."

JUDGE JUSTICE: "Very well let's hear both sides opening comments. Mr Accuser you can go first."

The Accuser stood up and walked to the front of the room.

THE ACCUSER: "Your honor today you will here why Mastermind is a fraud, a cheater, a loser, and a fake. You will hear quotes from Swagmire Swaggins himself, as we attempt to dishonor the defendant. That's all sir."

The accuser walked back and sat down. The Judge looked at Mastermind's lawyer.

JUDGE JUSTICE: "You're turn Mr Defense."

The Defender stood up and walked to the front of the room.

THE DEFENDER: "Today you will hear a lot of things that aren't true, that my client and I will prove behind reasonable doubt that he is in the clear, and that he is right to be the Extreme Champion. That's all sir."

The Defender walked back and sat down. The Judge looked back at the Accuser.

JUDGE JUSTICE: "Begin you're case Mr. Accuser."

The Accuser got up and walked to a monitor.

THE ACCUSER: "You're honor this has what Swagmire Swaggins had to say about the Defendant."

The Accuser turned on the monitor, as quotes of Promos started.

Quote:1: I get to face off with the second biggest joke in the XWF.

Quote:2: How could I possibly lose to you? You’ve no real wins to be proud of, you’ve done nothing of note here except get your ass kicked every step of the way

Quote:3: You didn’t beat Mystica for it. You pinned him and he fell asleep because just being near you is so boring he couldn’t stay awake.

Quote:4: Count yourself lucky, luckier than you were in the botched scramble you used to use to pump yourself up.

Quote: 5: All of your victories are hollow and worthless.

Quote:6: But the problem is that you're just not good enough

Quote:7: Didn't you lose all right to your masculinity once? Isn't that why Frodo calls you Jasmine?

Quote:8: Hell, you lost to Gilmour, and I beat Peter.

THE ACCUSER: "As you can clearly hear your honor 8 Quotes. Let him try and worm his way out of all them."

The Accuser walks back to his chair and sits down. The Judge looks at the Defender.

JUDGE JUSTICE: "Begin you're case Mr. Defense."

The Defender stood up.

THE DEFENDER: "I'd like to place my client on the stand sir."

JUDGE JUSTICE: "Very well."

Mastermind walks to the witness box, and sits down.

THE DEFENDER: "Let's start at Quote #1 Mr Mastermind, are you the second biggest joke in the XWF?"

"No sir I am not, there are a lot of jokers out there joking around, and I take myself seriously."

THE DEFENDER: "Quote #2, how many wins have you won in your short XWF career?"

"9 sir, I've won 9."

THE DEFENDER: "Are you proud of all those wins."

"Very much so, very proud of every single win that I get, because I know I am doing my job, and I know people are noticing me."

THE DEFENDER: "So you haven't had your ass kicked every step of the way?"

"No sir I have not, I may have lost 10 matches, but I've still won my 9 matches."

THE DEFENDER: "Quote #3: Did you beat Mystica or not?"

"Yes sir I did. I had enough strength for 24 hours that I kept him pinned, and he wasn't strong enough to kick out. He didn't fall asleep he just wasn't strong enough."

THE DEFENDER: "Quote #4: What was the botched scramble that you pumped yourself up for?"

"The Former Arc of the Covenant Title, I didn't botch it, it was a scramble, I won the title twice in the time limit, but I wasn't able to hold it when it counted. But I was still an ex champion because I held it. It was my first real title win since joining the XWF."

THE DEFENDER: "Most people see it as insignificant, what do you see it as?"

"It was a title whether insignificant or not. I was very proud to make the history books, even though I couldn't hold it when the time limit expired, I was fortunate. I worked my arse off to win it. Took my opportunities when it mattered."

THE DEFENDER: "Quote #5, Would you say all your victories are hollow and worthless?"

"Hell no, others might think their victories are worthless or hollow, but to me that's disrespecting your opponents who tried their hardest to beat you. I gave my all, they gave their all, most of them did, and well nothing makes me more prouder."

THE DEFENDER: "Quote #6, Are you not good enough Mr Mastermind?"

"I wouldn't be in the XWF if I didn't think I was any good. I've won 9 matches, lost 10. So that's saying that I am good. I won the former Ark of the Covenant Title twice in a championship scramble, and if I wasn't any good then I wouldn't. I am the current Extreme Champion. If I wasn't that good, I wouldn't be Extreme Champion. I don't think I'm not good enough, I do think I am that dam good."

THE DEFENDER: "Quote #7, Why does Frodo call you Jasmine?"

"I honestly don't know, but you'll have to ask him. That's right you can't, he's been kidnapped while holidaying in the Ukraine, a funny place to honeymoon if you ask me."

THE DEFENDER: "Very well and Quote #8? Did you lose to Peter Gilmour?"

"I was in another title match for the new title, but I wasn't the one that was pinned by Peter, so technically I did not lose to him, so therefore no."

THE DEFENDER: "You may step down Mr Mastermind."

Mastermind got up and walked back over to his seat.

THE DEFENDER: "Your honor, my client has shown he is not what he has been accused of, but I'd like to show you what his accuser has said he was but has contradicted himself."

JUDGE JUSTICE: "Very well I'll allow it"

The Defender switch the monitor on, and we could hear Swagmire's voice.

Quote:1: Saved me the trouble of actually having to work for this win, instead I just get to sleep in late, watch Taylor Swift music videos, and reruns of Parks and Recreation."

Quote:2: Now, I’ll tell you what I’m going to do after I win this title from you. I’m going to hold it, polish it, and keep it safe for 55 days. 55 days exactly.

Quote:3: The thing is, though, I don't actually have to work to win this match."

The Defender turned the monitor off and turned to the judge

THE DEFENDER: "Your honor, The Accuser is talking as if he was the kettle calling the pot black. He's basically telling us he is lazy, and wouldn't work hard for anything. You have to find my client not guilty."

THE ACCUSER: "Objection your honor."

JUDGE JUSTICE: "I've heard enough. I'm making my ruling now. I find the Accused, not guilty. The Defendant is free to go. Not Guilty "
