"White rabbit" by Egypt Central plays before showing Griffin in the middle of the ring at the Griffin's nest. He climbs to the turnbuckle and squats down close to the camera.

"hello everyone," he said with a scowl on his face. "At night two of relentless I lost my x-treme championship in an incredible match to Mystica. It was long and a great show, but in the end Mystica had the better showing and got a well deserved victory. It seems however, that now that I'm not champion, things aee back to how they used to be. Any respect people had for me is gone. At the end of the day, whether I had a title or not, people see me as the fake Griffin still. I may have gotten cocky and called out too many people, but I still ended the longest xtreme title reign, and I still made my XWF debut defending a title, and that is something no one can every take away from me."

As he talks Chris Storm from the old XCW empire climbs into the ring. "This Monday at madness I have a ladder match with Cain." Griffin said as Cheis walked over. "The item at the top is a case of thin mints, but that's not what's truly at stake here, what's at the top of that ladder for me is redemption. A second chance to prove what it means to be XCW born and raised. What better way to prove that than to invite my old friend Chris Storm, someone who knows what XCW represented. Someone who knows why we fought for Clint Collins, even though he was a dick."

The two men shook hands as Chris took the microphone and began to speak. "Griffin, for old times sake, do me the honor of introducing us to those who may be unaware."

Griffin smiled a toothy grin as he grabbed the microphone. "I'm the not so psycho, cookie eating, empire leading, greatest stable leader of all time GRRRRRRIFFIN. And this is gravity high flying, death F'ing defying, the one of a kind CHRRRIS STORRRM."

He handed the mic back to Chris who looked directly at the camera. "This week grif and I will be training our asses off Cain, cause come Monday you'll understand what XCW born and raised truly means. You think we're scared of you? Please if we could survive wishmaster and the atomic crab them we can handle you."

"Did you say wishmaster?" griffin asked.

"Why yes I did Griffin my old friend." Chris replied grinning from ear to ear.

"It's time for an XCW history lesson," they said in unison before the XCW history lesson logo came on screen. The two sat in fancy chairs as Griffin opened the XCW pop-up book. "Back in the old days of the Empire, there was a man by the name of wishmaster. Now I consider myself a well endowed man, but Wishmaster, just unnatural. Now you may be asking yourself, Griffin, how do you know how big his schlong was? The answer is simple my friends, he had a habit of raping his opponents."

"Thank goodness he was on our side," Chris said.

"Thank goodness indeed," Griffin replied. The two laughed at the joke as the XCW history logo came up again before going back to them in the ring.
