Some say the world hasn't changed a whole lot. I would say they are right. There's elements around that has without a doubt changed how we live in different parts of the world. Vehicles. Airplanes. Internet. Phones. I could go on and on. But mankind is the same. We have one heart that pumps. We have one mind to grasp things. We have one body we claim our temporary home.

People don't like the unknown when it interrupts their life. They want to be in control of their own destiny. Even those who like to say they pray for something... in the back of their mind they are thinking of ways to fix the situation themselves. We want control. We crave power. People are all the same and that has not changed.

I sit by this new home I've built for the less fortunate and those who had been abandoned, the Garden, and watch the interaction between children and teacher. I see which child gravitates toward another. I pay attention closely to every little detail because even behind smiles are motives. It's the motives I pay attention to.

Often times people ignore what lies beneath the surface of the human heart and pays only attention to the moment. "There can't be any underling scheme," one would think to themselves while working with another.

People are self-centered, but gullible. If you think about it, how many times have you been in a relationship? It's very rare for one to stay with one partner because we move on so easily. Maybe one cheats? Possibly they just 'fall out of love'. The reasons why are not even the point. The core of the human heart remains the same.

I look out and watch the children play with each other on the playground. The innocent laughter and smiles would make you think they will be friends for life. Everyone eventually learns and comes to know the truth. Accepting the truth is an entirely different story, though.

As I ponder at the condition of the human heart... I cannot help but go back and listen to Mark Flynn's words.

Eli watches the children play while he nears from afar on a tree stump near the wall of trees. He takes a moment to gaze up into the sky and lets the wind blow across his face while a smile comes across his mouth.

You speak of the end as if you've already been there, Mark. When you leave this world, you center non-existence. I guess ya could have gone to the end since you wouldn't be talkin' to me right now. I don't think you went to the end. I think you are just buying into the hype of what someone else told ya.

If someone couldn't trust ya in those words, then how can we really believe anything you say, man?

You talk about the end. You talk about battles. Heh. The only battles you've faced are the ones you talk about that happened in the ring. Those.. those are your battles. That is your purpose. That is the whole reason you talk until you can talk no more.

You keep bringing up the likes of those whom you defeated.

Am I suppose to be spooked about your accomplishments? Should I run and hide underneath the bed when you speak of your past accomplishments?

You know nothin' about war. You know nothin' about the end. I tell ya this not to scare ya, but to inform you of the truth, Mark.

You said, "I am sent by the spirit of wrath itself." Funny.. you were sent by wrath ITself.. a force.. an object.. and I was sent by the Creator. Everything, including the ITs, shall all fade. The face of the eternal will remain. I do not fear objects, ideas, or anything that falls into the 'it' category. This could include storms, vehicles, or any weapon formed by human hands. They do not make me tremble or blink an eye. They make me laugh. They entertain me. All the ITs can do are kill the flesh. I can destroy the soul.

I'm so glad you took the time to go through my words that I've said. I pray it'll help you in your search from truth and kill these lies you've fed yourself over the years. I doubt it, though. All you want to do is revisit and talk.

All you have to tell me is about my fleshly vessel.

You've said the obvious about my weight. I think we should hand you a medal to add to your collection of trophies so you can parade in that accomplishment too.

Mark... please tell me ya have somethin' more to offer these people who await their hero to arise. Share some great thoughts about what you're going to do to the mean old obese believer in Almighty."

Eli stands up as the bell rings to notify the children that recess is over and they must go back in the rooms to prepare for education. Eli turns the opposite way and walks into the woods.

As he makes his way deeper into the woods.. the thorns and briers brush against his skin and starts to cut him. The thorns dig deep and his body pulls the branch off leaving the thorn'd branch attached. He continues walking as if nothing is messing with him.

"Does silence make you afraid, Mark?

Be quick to listen, and slow to speak.

But not you, man. You are quick to talk. You are quick to point out stupid facts and show the world that Mark Flynn 2.0 is here. We get it. We know you're here and we're all so very excited.

I'm so glad you could go back and find every little match I've ever had and try to make me fear ya.

I lost titles.

I also have vacated them.

I lost matches.

I've also won some.

You tend to think my purpose is all about winning matches and titles. It's not about that. You should dig much further back and watch some more tapes of me talking. I've got time.

Go see the underlining theme of my message that I've preached to everyone since day one and not behind a closed door.. but in the open forum for all to hear and see.

My purpose is not stored in this sport.. this company.. in wins.. or gold. My purpose is much higher. My purpose lies in the hands of the Almighty.

Speaking of the Almighty... one time you say the end is dark and the agony of the non-existence.. then you talk about Eli's God this.. Eli's God that.. the heavens.. so I wonder if you even know what to believe, Mark?

You talk about my God as if you were beginning to believe a few words I say. Hehe.

Marky poo.. go ahead and shed some more light about me.

Tell the world all about your past, my past, and what both of us plan to do after our match since you know the future so well.

Go on, Mark. Be the great informer of the future to all. Be the one to slay the mean old man.

Speak Mark... talk some more... eventually the engine on a car dies.

Maybe you should go further back to memory lane and listen to that sweet song...

The fans and XWF superstars who cheer you on will always do so.

The ones who told about the stories of Mark Flynn will continue to share the stories, and even more about Mark Flynn 2.0.
