Act 3: Fuck Phones

New York, New York

12:45 PM

March 7th, 2013

Outside of the restaurant, the gang sits in the dark alleyway. Scouting the bank, planning the exact moment when they were to start their plan. The phone in Luca's pocket begins to vibrate yet again. However, this time Luca decides to see who's calling him. He expected it to be Heiman again, but was pleasantly surprised to see it was Kyle St. Michael. Without thinking, he answered it. What Luca didn't expect to hear was Kyle's rushed, hurried tone.

"Fuck! Luca! You gotta hear Heiman's plan, man!"

"No man. I'm fucking out of Heiman's gang. I don't need him any more!"

"Dude, it was all a misunderstanding, man."

"Yeah, a fucking misunderstanding that got Jonny killed! Fuck Heiman! He's setting us all up, man."

"You're fucking wrong!"

"No, I'm not."

"Fine. You're now an enemy to the Heiman family, Luca. You know way too much. I hope getting out of the game was worth it..."

"Who said I got out of the game?"

"Fuck! If I see you again man..."

"I will end you, Kyle. You've fallen for Heiman's bait hook, line, and sinker. Just like my dad, and look where he ended up..."

"Luca..."

"Fuck. You. Stay out of my life, and tell Heiman to do the damn same..."

"But what about Victoria, man?"

"I gave her a chance to leave with me. She didn't want it. Fuck her too!"

"You're gonna regret this!"

"Doubt it."

Luca tosses his phone into the middle of the street. Luckily enough for him, a car comes by at that very second and runs it over. Luca cracks his knuckles and looks over at the rest of the gang.

"So, when?"

Just then, a large, black van pulls into the alleyway. The window rolls down, and Renee in the driver's seat responds.

"Now."

"Do you have a sixth sense for showing up whenever someone asks a question?"

"Maybe..."

Lenny speaks out upon hearing her response.

"Worst. Superpower. Ever!"

Jared opens the doors in the back of the van while Mero takes the rifles that were stored in the restaurant and transports them into the back. He makes another trip, this time bringing the masks.

"Luckily I invested in one way glass for the windows, eh?

The other four pile into the van. The doors are closed. The heist is beginning...

Act 4: First Heist, Part One

New York, New York

1:30 PM

March 7th, 2013

"The people in the bank should be incapacitated now, time for you guys to go in."

Lenny's voice came to life over the earpiece, followed by Mero's reponse...

"Good. Luca, follow behind Jared and I. Keep your safety on. Lenny, come back to the van. Renee, just don't crash this thing."

"Wouldn't dream of it, boss."

Luca, Mero, and Jared hop out of the back of the van, ski masks covering their faces. Their rifles hidden under their suit jackets. They walk in silence down the 100 foot stretch from the van to the bank's entrance. Lenny sneaks his way back into the van. The trio waltz right into the bank's lobby. Every single patron is lying on the floor, unconscious...

"Damn, Lenny's good."

"Yeah I am!"

"Don't get too cocky, little man..."

"On track, Jared."

They make their way through the lobby, "accidentally" kicking unconscious civilians as hard as possible in the ribs as they passed them. A glass door separated them from the vault. The only problem? It required a code to open, and if the code's wrong, an alarm would sound...

"Don't worry, I got this."

Mero steps up to the keypad, and types in a 6 digit code, 4-3-7-5-1-9. A message pops on the screen, not the message that they wanted to see...

Wrong Code, Sounding Alarm in 5...
4...

3...

2...

1...

"Fuck!"

Jared steps up to the door, and kicks it once. The glass shatters everywhere and the wail of a siren can be heard...

"The fuck?"

"Slight complication!"

"Dammit! I'm going to have to drive off a few blocks to keep police suspicion off us!"

"Do it then!"

The three that are still in the bank rush down the hallway that the door lead in to...

100 feet from the vault...

75 feet...

50 feet...

25 feet...

Made it!

Luca slides into the vault, and pulls out a small brick of C4...

"What?"

"No time for precision!"

"I mean, how do you have C4"

"My old boss!"

He places the brick on the vault door... Sweat drips down his forehead as he backs up a few feet and hides behind a wall. The other two follow closely behind. He pushes the button...

And...

BOOM!

The vault door is in shambles now, a huge hole right in the middle of it. Luca, Jared, and Mero rush into the vault, smoke spewing from it's new entryway...

So much money...

The dufflebags that were slung over their shoulders are now on the ground, being filled with thousands upon thousands of dollars...

After minutes pass, the three bags are now filled nearly to the top...

"Renee, we need that pick up now!"

"On it, boss!"

The three put the bags back on their shoulders and walk back up the hallway leading to the glass door and lobby.

100 feet...

"No cops yet."

75 feet...

This is too easy.

50 feet...

"This is too good to be true..."

25 feet...

Halfway to pickup spot!"

They make it to the glass door that got them into the mess in the first place. They step over the broken glass that's scattered on the ground. Back in the lobby, they finally see what they were expecting...

Inside the lobby stood about 15 police officers...

"This isn't good..."

"You think?"

Act 5: First Heist, Part Two

New York, New York

1:56 PM

March 7th, 2013

Jared is the first one to act on the sight. He pulls his rifle from his back and fires a few shots, striking one of them right in the throat! He staggers around as every other officer half watches him and half searches for the source...

Without thinking, the three rush through the lobby, trying to run by the distracted police officers! It seems to work, since in their confusion, the trio manages to get into the parking lot of the bank!

"Fucking too close, guys."

The 14 other cops start shooting the glass entrance doors to the bank, and advancing on the robbers...

"Where is the pickup?"

Without any warning, the black van speeds into the parking lot, nearly running over Luca!

"Here!"

"God dammit, Renee!"

"What? It's fun..."

Jared singlehandedly opens up both doors and hops in. Mero does next, followed by Luca, who pulls the doors shut. They take off the masks, and Renee speeds off, not giving the police enough time to get in their cars and follow...

"That was too close..."

"I know. You did good out there, Luca."

"Thanks. Now what?"

"Now, we lay low... Renee was smart enough to pull the license plates off the van, so they really can't identify it once we put them back on. All in all, it went well for us. 1 death, we got the money, and we're too far gone to be chased!"

That's about the time the police car sirens can be faintly heard in the distance...

"Scratch the last one, and maybe the first one..."

Act 6: Nothing to Prove

"Mike, just give up. I have absolutely nothing at all to prove when I defeat you on Monday. On the other hand, you have absolutely everything to prove...

Just put up enough fight to be a light workout for me, and you'll be just right to fit into the lower doldrums of this company. There you can look impressive by defeating such well respected talent like Bryan King, Craig Davis, and The Crimson Dong. You can beat them all you like, but that's as far as you'll get, you roided up buffoon.

I would love for the freak to be unleashed if not only to prove that even at your A game, you can't hold a candle to me. I've ended people here, Mike. Ask Tyler Vegas, who's contract I terminated. Triple L, who no one remembers. Ask Christian Carter's decapitated body who put him in that situation. Hell, on Tuesday, ask yourself how you were over before you started, thanks to the supposed 'scrawny runt' you had the misfortune of going up against. I'm not blowing smoke, I assure you. I say I'll end you because I've done it before.

All those muscles won't save you from defeat and humiliation, Mikey. They'll only serve to make you look like more of a fool than you already are. Pray to God you'll have the strength to step into the ring with me on Monday, Rhodes. For on the 1st day, I'll create the planet of mediocrity you'll be inhabiting for the rest of your time here..."
