Kain gets up walking towards the back door, and Tyler stands up.

Tyler shrugs, and then they both walk onto the back-porch as Tyler is laughing like an idiot. Once outside Tyler sits in the porch swing. He takes his baggy and his pipe out of his shorts pocket. Joseph sits on the other side of the porch in an average steel chair. Tyler lights up. He holds in the smoke for a couple seconds and then releases it. He doesn't cough because he's a motherfucking pro.

It was Tiffany. Joseph gets up and walks off the porch and then around to the front of the house leaving Tyler sitting to smoke his drugs.

Good. Treatment is working..I think, but I guess I can't really test it until I get out.

Kain hangs up the phone abruptly and effectively ending the awkward and short conversation. He walks around the house and sees Tyler laying back in the chair with a giant smile on his face.
