Liz Weinberg: I am here with one of the brightest young stars in the XWF today, Andrew Morrison. Now, Andrew, you will be in a 10-person gauntlet match to determine the new #1 contender for the XWF Xtreme Championship. How does it feel to get this opportunity?

Andrew Morrison: Well, Lizzie..I’d first like to take the time to “thank” John Madison for placing me in this match.

Ol’ Johnny…it’s almost comical to me that you would come out and stick your nose into my match with Luca Arzegotti in one #1 contender situation and then stick me in another, and with one of my brothers in The Connection as well. For some reason, you seem to enjoy watching me twist in the wind, huh? I don’t know if I should be flattered or want to come find you and shove that crown down your throat!

But you know what, I am not afraid of you. I’m not afraid of anyone in that locker room. I’ve seen who I am facing, some pretty good names for sure, but do you think I give a fuck? Names only get you so far in this business. What gets you far in this business is what you do between those ropes when that bell rings. And what I do when that bell rings is hurt people! Win, lose, or draw, I go out there to hurt people. And I take great pleasure from it…you ask how I feel to get the chance to face 9 other competitors in this match? I feel incredible, Lizzy..


Liz Weinberg: Um, well, you mentioned the fact that, indeed, one of your fellow members in “The Connection”, will be in this match, and it happens to be the leader of “The Connection”, Ricky Desmond. What are your thoughts about possibly having to square off with Desmond?

Andrew Morrison: Ricky and I are brothers-in-arms so to speak, I have his back and he has mine, and we along with the rest of “The Connection” are willing to go to war with anyone in the XWF to accomplish our goal and that is to change the XWF as we know it.

Many don’t know this about me, Liz, but I know much about history. And I know that in some wars, it comes down to brother against brother. Wednesday is an example of this. Ricky Desmond and I have been placed on the same grounds for this battle in the everlasting war that is the XWF, and we both know that if it comes down to the two of us, we will tear the house down and we will beat the living hell out of each other and neither will show the other mercy.

At the end of the day, “The Connection” will have a major impact on the outcome of this match. Whether that is I or Ricky? That is yet to be seen. But Ricky knows this about me..If I go down, I am not going down without taking a piece of everyone with me, and that will include him..This is a battle that I WILL emerge from with my hand held high.

Liz Weinberg: Strong words there..what about some of the other competitors in this match? I’ll list them off and you tell me your thoughts.

Andrew Morrison: List away.

Liz Weinberg: “The Phantom” Jack Kronus?

Andrew Morrison: A former UFO champion, hm, does that stand for Unidentified Fuckin’ Overrated former champion? Speaks of war, yet honestly, he looks like the only thing he’s gone to war with a hairbrush and he lost, so am I really supposed to take this man seriously? And “Phantom”? I’m supposed to be afraid of a man who calls himself a ghost? Sounds like I won’t be seeing much of him at all in this match.

Liz Weinberg: Guy Toadie?
Andrew Morrison: The greenhorn who sounds like Bobby Boucher and hasn’t even wrestled a match in the XWF and yet has a spot in this match? I am all for equality, but must we have someone who belongs more in a special education class than in a wrestling ring fighting in a #1 contender’s match?

Liz Weinberg: Russellmania?

Andrew Morrison: Another greenhorn in his first match, and the only reason he is in it is because he looks like he dropped out of a 1970’s gay porno and Madison is into that sorta shit..

Liz Weinberg: Christine Nash?

Andrew Morrison: Finally, someone besides Ricky that actually deserves a spot in this match. She’s vicious. She’s energetic. She’s got some impressive moves. But so does a poodle. And in this match, a poodle is not going to amount to much if it comes face-to-face with a Rottweiler..no offense Christine, I actually somewhat respect you, but if it comes down to you and me? Your way out of your league..

Liz Weinberg: Adam Rollins?

Andrew Morrison: “The Personification of Who-Gives-A-Fuck”. A member of the “Incredible People” whom I, along with the rest of the Connection, already beat down once, and would gladly beat down again until they get the hint that they are nothing compared to me, or The Connection.

Liz Weinberg: Salvator?

Andrew Morrison: A wanna-be Nazi who will end up just like the real Nazis. Defeated. Destroyed. Disgraced. The real “sword” around here that will cut the XWF down to its knees is “The Connection” and I hope you somehow skate by long enough so you can meet The Connection’s resident storm of destruction. You will be the one beaten like a dog..

Liz Weinberg: Sal Van Dam?

Andrew Morrison: “Hardcore Icon”? Unless they changed the meaning of that moniker to fit a man who hasn’t done a fucking thing in a month and hasn’t won in that long and doesn’t even deserve a spot on a card much less a #1 contender’s match? Someone should sue for infringement. A disgrace to that moniker…I AM more of a “Hardcore Icon” than you Sal, and if given the chance...

(pulls out and holds up his trademark steel pipe)

I’ll be more than happy to show you what the true meaning of hardcore is…

Liz Weinberg: And Peter Lake?

Andrew Morrison: Another greenhorn who apparently is more fucked up in the head than I am. Trust me, Peter, if I was as pathetic a signing as you, I would have pulled the trigger myself. You woulda done the world a favor, because it would have been a better way to go out than what I will do to you if you face me in that ring….
