While Jimmy Durance has been on a forced vacation for the last week and a half learning how to not get shot down every time he approaches a woman, Theo has been pretty much left to fend for himself at the office. Originally Haden Oliver Thomas, as part of the conditions of his losing to Theo two Saturdays ago, was to replace Jimmy during the two week stretch. However Haden has gone MIA and Theo’s sources believe that he has retreated back to Las Vegas where he promptly got his head caught in a strippers snatch and had to be medevaced to a Level 1 Trauma Center in Los Angeles.

While back at Pryce Industries, Theo has been running around like a Shane with his head cut off attending meetings he had been putting off for weeks. Signing documents that his sister Erica had been hounding him for months to sign and of course, fetching his own coffee.

If it were not for the XWF App 2.0, designed and put on the market by Pryce Industries, Theo might have to spend countless hours watching promos listening for his name to be mentioned. A task previously assigned to Jimmy, prior to the App going live. But thankfully, the App is live and it’s spectacular. Theo having just finished watching one of Peter Gilmour’s promos from last week in preparation for his match with Barney Green decided to break what had become a 3 day code of silence against guys like Gilmour.

“Peter Gilmour, allow me to address you for what I hope is the very last time. In case you are unaware or have otherwise been preoccupied, I have been a bit busy with some other things lately that have precluded me from paying attention to what you have had to say.” Theo walks over to the bar, pours himself a scotch and before the alcohol even gets a chance to settle in the glass, he downs it and then pours himself another. “Let me say this another way, a few days ago you had an interview with Kevin Steen, a man you modeled yourself after until your somewhat recent weight lose. In that interview you made it clear that I was getting to you. I find that interesting being as that I am not the one making sneak attacks and death threats.”

“Thus far anything I have ever done to you is by words only. One would think that a guy like you, one who proclaims to not care what anyone has to say would be unphased by the words of a, what was it…”punk bitch”. And yet, my words are very clearly getting to you, you said so yourself. In case you forgot, let me refresh your memory.” Theo activates the XWF app on his I-Pad so he can replay part of Peter Gilmour’s most recent promo.

Quote:Peter Gilmour: Yeah him being king was a joke just like our current King who's name is Theo Pryce. This guy runs around thinking he's the greatest wrestler alive today and loves to make fun of me and call me a coward for backing out of matches yet when I challenged him to a match for his crown, he runs away like the punk bitch that he is. But yet I get called a pussy.I get made fun of by these morons who can't hold my jock. You've been through this I'm sure. How do I get the guys in the back off my case so I can focus on wrestling?

Kevin: Steen: Just ignore it. I was always picked on when i was in school and even when I wrestled in dinky bingo halls. The fans hated me yet they came to love me years later. I mean look at me now. I got all the fans loving me and chanting my name at shows. So my advice would be to just let it go and keep on showing who you are dude. Don't let them get to you ok?

“Ok Peter, now ignoring the fact that you come off as possibly the most juvenile and whiny person in this federation, I want to focus on your last sentence. “How do I get these guys in the back off my case so I can focus on wrestling?” Well Peter, allow me to clue you into something the rest of us call reality. I know it’s not a place you take up residence in so I do understand if this is hard for you to grasp, but guys like me, we give you a hard time for two reasons. First and foremost, because it’s fun. At least, it used to be. I can’t say it’s really fun anymore. It’s still easier to get into your head than it should be but I have other things to focus on. The second reason, and the most important of them, is because you insist on bringing my name up. Don’t you get it Peter? You want to make me out to be the villain here but I was perfectly fine leaving you alone so you could “focus on wrestling” but you felt the need to bring me up recently during a discussion that involved your gender mystery fiancé. As well as during your interview with the aforementioned Kevin Steen. So please Peter, for the last time, if you want me to get off your back and leave you alone, leave me name out of your mouth. Otherwise, keep on the track you have been going down and I will put you down like the dog that you are. Understood? You just put down your arch nemesis Barney Green, be happy with that, take that momentum and use it to get back that X-Treme title you hold in such high regard.”

Theo downs his second scotch and then walks over to the small sink in the far corner of the room and places his glass in the bottom of the sink.

“And that brings me to the current X-Treme Champ, Steve Davids. One of the two most recent men to lose to me. Of course it wasn’t just me. My partner, and fellow founding member of “The Company” Mr. Supernova had a big part in that match. A huge part in fact as he was the man to score the pin. Steve, I have to be honest with you, you put up a better fight than I expected. Maybe on a different day, under different circumstances you might have scored a pin fall. But in your defense, you were facing two of the best the federation has to offer, not an easy task for anyone but you held your own. As for your partner, well, he had a bit of a tougher time, I think Tony is still in the process of getting his groove back after taking some time off. Certainly nothing to be ashamed about. Maybe a little more time Tony and you will be back to kicking ass and taking names.”

“Now the last thing I want to address tonight is “The Company” I’ve gotten a few emails, some fan letters, and I was even approached by a few people on the street here in Phoenix wanting to know why I would turn my back on John Madison and NAZI, why I would leave The Black Circle to form my own group. Well, that’s a multi layered question so I will try and answer it one layer at a time.”

“While I did in fact leave The Black Circle, John and Nathaniel, I didn’t turn my back on them, I didn’t betray them. I have no ill will towards The Black Circle. I told all of them and all of you from the very beginning that my relationship with The Black Circle was one of mutual beneficiality. Did I use them? No more than they used me. But that’s the way of The Black Circle. I don’t regret my time with them. John Madison is an XWF Legend, NAZI is currently one of the federations best. He and I have a unique relationship, one that I am sure will play out over the course of the next few weeks and months. He seems to take issue with my leaving The Black Circle, that’s not surprising. He puts a premium on loyalty, and I can appreciate that, I truly can. But what Nathaniel needs to remember the next time he wants to come down and insert himself into my business is that not only does he date my sister but I have also invested millions into helping him reach his dream of a perfect world. I have thus far not closed my doors to helping him achieve those dreams but I easily can and it will set him back decades.”

“I left The Black Circle because I no longer believed in what The Black Circle did. It’s as simple as that. I didn’t help to start The Company because I want to take over the XWF, far from it in fact. I helped to start this group because I want to keep the XWF in business for a very long time. The Black Circle almost brought the XWF to it’s knees, having the owner of the federation being the leader of your group will do that, and now the roster of the XWF is seeing that again with Eli James. And believe it or not, it appears that unchecked, Eli is going to do more damage to this company than Shane ever did. And that is where The Company comes into play. The Administrative Network reached out to me, they saw me as not just a wrestler, one of the faces of the federation but as a savvy businessman and they had a plan. The rest was up to me, and with the help of Mr. Supernova, we were able to bring some truly great wrestlers and great people into the fold. Dr. Zero, Mystica, Kinwrathi. All people worthy of the fans applause and all worthy of opening the eyes of the rest of the roster. The Company is not here to take sides, we aren’t here to dominate or decimate, we are here to keep things balanced. You all wanted a fair and balanced XWF and that is what we are here for. I won’t make cliche statements about either standing with us, or you’re against us, but I will say this, that standing against us is standing in the way or progress and fairness. That’s what we offer. That's what you wanted. We make no promises. Just the potential for something better. We are The Company.

Fade out.
