Time to Vote on the Name! - Paul Heyman - 01-26-2014
Okay, so a lot of the suggestions really didn't click in my opinion. So what I've done was selected the ones I liked as well as given a few suggestions of my own. As well as some mix and match of your ideas and mine.
RTX - Road To Xtreme: Kind of catchy. Madison's suggestion.
RXW - Road to Xtreme Wrestling: A combo using Madison's suggestion.
HHW - House of Hardcore Wrestling: A combo using Hunter's suggestion.
NGW - Next (or New) Generation Wrestling: A combo using Tera Vincent's suggestion.
HWA - Hardcore Wrestling Alliance: My own. Pays homage to my backyard wrestling days
XCW - Xtreme Championship Wrestling: My own. Get it?
After a name gets picked, I want to call out for help on creating a cool logo (using lime of course.) Also, if anyone can edit belts to look similar to how they look on the right side of the forums let me know. I have a couple ideas for the shows title and would like it to have a look of legitimacy, even if it is just a development shows title, you dig?
I know Maddy can do it, but I'm not sure he has the time these days.

Ya know, if RTX wins the vote... I kind of like that logo... without the pointer.... color the letter lime, put some barbed wire in there like the old ECW logo... I could get behind that...

No sense of Development in there. Not even with "Road To Xtreme"
It's just another NXT. There is no building, and there is no formulating the basis of why this 'show' was created. To make characters better.

So, was the name supposed to be Development something something?
In all seriousness, I understand your concern. At the end of the day, it's just a name. The important thing to remember is that this is experimental and designed solely to help others get better at their craft.
Road To Xtreme may not be the greatest name ever but it works if you think about it. A lot of characters simply exist within the community and unfortunately get lost in the shuffle. This project is their road to hopefully finding success in the XWF.
Road To Xtreme works.
Remember, open minds.
