Well, I think XWF should have a chat. Like... Just a chat to mess around and/or talk in.
I think Chatzy's the best option. It's very good!
Also, I'd create one myself, but I think it's best to see what people think first, maybe have input from management. Also, I think management should be the admins of the chat. It sometimes causes issues if others are.... Then again, can we trust management?
A negative aspect is that it's a HUUUGE time waster.... I spend HOURS a day in the Chatzy for another site...

Edit, to avoid contant posting when I think of things: The great thing is that if we know eachother better, it makes collabing easier. I don't know how many times I haven't inboxed someone an idea because I didn't know them. Here and elsewhere.

FYI, people. Depending on some shit (I've forgotten what), you can't sign out of Skype and log in on another account using Windows 8. I really don't wanna use my personal Skype account for this stuff....
Also, a chat is more accessible. You can link to it, only for those with active accounts, from the site itself. And you don't need a Chatzy account. Helps to get one.
The downside to a Chatzy room is a limit of 10 people in the chat at once unless you.... Pay.
Could basically call it 9 people... As you'd rarely get me out of chat.
