I Slipped Up - Part 2 - Smoke - 09-14-2013

Why am I not surprised? Jonny's decided that the best way to talk smack to me about his taking of my title was to say I was merely a place holder. Really? You were just at the right place at the right time. Hell, you can make any excuses you want about how I won the title in the first place, but face it: if I hadn't then you wouldn't be champion now, would you?

Go ahead and talk smack about how when I held the title, it meant nothing, and that you would eventually receive it anyway. I'm not walking into the Australian Creature match expecting to win and then beat Supernova. No, nothing like that. What's been playing through my mind recently is how to send you a message, how to tell you that you have no idea who you're dealing with. My target is you. Some people before have said that me designating who I'll be focusing on have called it a weakness, but I call it a strength. It's a strength because even if you know that I'm coming for you, and even if you know that I'm going to bring my a-game, there is nothing that can prepare you for what will happen.

As for the other opponents... well, just bear this in mind:

Since arriving in the XWF, I have broken records, rewritten history and left an impression all on my own. I am a one-time FTW and X-Treme Champion and I haven't had my sixth match yet. Just a week ago, I was dancing above a pit with beasts lurking at the bottom, waiting to make me their dinner, after I gave them the Steve Sayors Special. And yet, despite my defeat and descent into the rocky bed, I made it out alive. And here I am today, ready to face a similar threat.

It does not matter who you are, or what you think of me. Tell me I'm fake, that I'm a fluke, or call me a one-hit wonder. Words won't matter in the ring. Actions speak louder.

The one time I've lost is because of the Television Champion himself, Supernova. But I've never been pinned, I've never submitted, and I've never given up on my own terms.

You can walk into The XWF Space Arena with your head held high but I promise you. I promise that if you do not realise that you've gotten yourself into a predicament so disastrous to your health, and you do not submit to me, then you won't walk out with your head held high. You'll leave on a stretcher, with your body and mind in a state that will leave you wishing you were dead. The pain will be long and bloody. I will not hold back.

And neither will the creatures.
