THUNDERBOWL I (Shove-It August 31st) - Lightning - 08-22-2013 Since right now, it appears there is literally no shows next week (unless I completely missed something...i've been without internet the last handful of days) this will be the only show next week. Anyhow, I would like to invite every member of the XWF roster to join us for the very first XWF ThunderBowl! The rules are very simple and everyone will have an equal shot at winning.
Rule/Match Explanation -the match is going to be a crazy experience. Unlike your normal Rumble of Gauntlet, everyone will start in the match. The match is set up like WarGames, with eliminations similar to the Rumble, except your eliminated if you go over the top rope period. The only exception is being tossed to the corresponding ring. Until we are down to 20 members (depending on the number of entrants) they will enter one ring and eliminations follow normal Rumble rules. After we have 6 members left, pinfalls and submissions become legal, including the rumble rules. Once we are down to two, the winner is decided only by last man standing rules. So, this is going to be a long and violent match. -you only need to RP on the Shove-It board to enter. If management would like, since it is shove-it, I can fill the match out with inactive members to "give them a send-off" in sorts. As far as the RPs, I'm gonna set the limit to 3 per person total. This way, we can have more balance and give some of the others with less time to have a decent shot at winning. If you want to do three massively long RPs that's completely fine. I know some people will see some guys do 6 or more RPs and get intimidated by it. Plus, this saves me time with reading and judging. -the TV title will NOT be defended, but a #1 contender match is planned, unless I'm told otherwise. Satty has agreed to defend, but I may have him guest ref the match. If you want considered for the match, PM me before Saturday morning. It will be a singles match, but the entrants can also do the ThunderBowl if they choose. -once again, unless i'm told otherwise, the winner will get a fabulous prize. As relayed to me, the winner will be the next challenger to John Madison's title. That's right, you will challenge John for the title of King of XWF! I will have the event posted on Saturday morning, but if your bored you can start RPs now. Remember, to be considered for the #1 contender's match for the TV title, you MUST PM me. Until I post the card, the participants won't be revealed. The deadline for the ThunderBowl I Shove-It will be Saturday 12pm PM PST. As they say, good luck to everyone who enters. THUNDERBOWL I (Shove-It August 31st) - John Msdison 2.Faggot - 08-22-2013 Warfare takes place three days prior, but there's no Madness that week. Sorry for the mis-communication but the War Games taking place on that episode of Warfare will determine a challenger for the crown. However, Thunderbowl offers a similar prize which will be in the form of a 24/7 Briefcase, which basically can be cashed in any time you want against any champion. So these two big matches taking place should make for an interesting week. THUNDERBOWL I (Shove-It August 31st) - Lightning - 08-22-2013 Yep, so take advantage of this! THUNDERBOWL I (Shove-It August 31st) - John Austin - 08-23-2013 Quick question, is the deadline for this next Saturday? just wanted to make sure, thinking about RPing for this ![]() THUNDERBOWL I (Shove-It August 31st) - John Msdison 2.Faggot - 08-23-2013 31st |
