The pending RussellMania that was scheduled to be this Sunday has been replaced with Night of Ladders.
Anyone can role play for the match where the winner will receive a contract to face the Television Champion, currently Mr. Satellite, at a date of their choice (at management's discretion) after the 19th of August.
The deadline is Sunday 11th August, mid day PST time.
Please role play to make the quick replacement show a success.

Do you have the power to create a ladder match for the Xtreme Championship as well? Sort of make it like the Money in the Bank PPV where one ladder match is for the tv title and the other ladder match is for the Xtreme title.

Nope, unfortunately not. As it is a open RP pay-per-view I don't think two ladder matches is needed. It is up to everyone whether they want to take this opportunity. The Television Championship is the hardest to get other than the crown and therefore, in my opinion, the most prestigious.
