Some Thoughts - Thaddeus Duke - 06-27-2024
Okay, so two things.
1- We're looking at doing a revamp of the 24/7 area. Right now, the idea is to create a few topics like "behind the scenes" or a "news program" complete with some new XWF NPC's. The idea being that the 24/7 area is a live stream of the XWF 24/7 Network. Just different ways in which to write your CDs if you chose. For instance, say we call the news program "The Buzz". If you had a news or rumor that you wanted to post, you'd have actual XWF programming in which to tell that story if you chose to. Or as in the case with the behind the scenes topic, if you wanted to write a documentary style CD that'd air on programming, now you would have a spot for that specifically while having a staff of XWF NPC's at your disposal.
2nd thing... I have it in mind to write a series of rps for Relentless that will take place at Radio City Music Hall in NYC. The idea is that it's a 50's/60's themed charity ball using soundtracks of doo wop, rockabilly type music.
I just wanted to open up that setting availability if anyone else wanted to get into that also. Clearly, no one is required to, but the option is there if anyone wanted to.

Could we use the "Behind the Scenes" section for something like a promo series we did and really enjoyed working on, but wasn't necessarily in XWF?

You could just do that anyway. You're allowed to cross post CDs.

That has been on the table since probably January. I'd prefer it wasn't 24/7 variety, but rather an actual division. I brought it up in GM chat tho, so we'll see what happens.
I'm open to it being 24/7, I just don't want a new championship to be seen as just a novelty as the old 24/7 belts were.
