NEW YORK PRIDE Todrick Tabor-Ramsey

Todrick was born and raised in Miami, FL and now resides in Manhattan, NY with her husband, Austin Ramsey. Wrestling was not her first passion. Still, once she reconnected with former high school classmates Samuel Chatman and Akasha Monroe, she found that his background in gymnastics and cheerleading served her well. She hit it off with Akasha instantly, and Sam was a part of the package, but eventually, the two bonded when she was being picked by some teenagers while cheering on the football field, and Samuel stepped in and put an end to it. Growing up was difficult for her because she identified with he/him, but also, she/her and acceptance was hard to come by. She is loyal to a fault, so when she finally found two souls who accepted her and didn’t expect her to change to be seen in public with them, she latched on.

Some years passed, and they both went on to become public figures, and when they came to AGW, and she heard that they were in town, she went to an AGW show to reconnect with them in person. She had trained in wrestling as sometimes she took gigs to keep things following when she wasn’t dancing for a show in Las Vegas. Seeing the two perform made her want to do this regularly and working for AGW would be great since she had a home in Las Vegas. She worried about how audiences would respond to her, but surprisingly it was Sam that spoke up first and told her to forget what the audience would say. AGW was starting a tag team division, and she wanted to tag with him, and they would help build the division together. The talent would shine through, and eventually, that would be all that anyone talked about. Todrick asked if that would take away from Sam’s credibility as a wrestler, and the response made her decide to pursue wrestling full-time. She left AGW and went to Fade 2 Black where she met her husband Austin Ramsey. The two hit it off and he pursued her relentlessly until she gave in and moved to Manhattan, NY with him.

When Fade 2 Black closed, they went to OPW where they enjoyed success until it closed and they went to FIGHT! NYC. Todrick enjoyed her first run as the Manhattan Champion for several months. She was finally dethroned but formed a Tag Team (The Show Stealerz) with her husband. Two of Todrick's biggest accomplishments were the Manhattan title reign and a clean pinfall victory over the legendary Chris Page. FIGHT closed and they returned to OPW where they are currently the OPW Immortal Tag Team Champions. They also wrestle at WGWF where they are helping to build the company's tag team division from the ground up. They are expecting twins in January and the Ramsey family is quite happy.
