Lycana is on the return flight back to earth from the moon, in a state of peaceful cryosleep. She's hanging in a seated harness, frozen into position.
Shhhhhhhhhhhhh, all of a sudden, the airtight seal opens.
Who's opened her compartment? That dastardly North Korean War Criminal, who else?
As oxygen rushes into her cryosleep chamber, NKWC carefully drapes an index finger onto her seatbelt and applies the slightest modicum of pressure.
The official he's brought mimes counting against the wall silently.

Clearly Lycana isn't all that frozen anymore when NKWC opens the seal and lets hot air in, ruining the perfectly chilly Antarctic temperature she prefers to repose in. (and running up Vinnie's bill more than likely)
It really was the wrong thing to do.
A sleepy Lycana is a cranky Lycana.
And she's become a light sleeper.
