My Name's Chris Chaos And I Still Don't Get It - Theo Pryce - 08-20-2020

The scene fades in to the living room of the Pryce Estate. Seated on the couch a little worse for wear is Theo Pryce. For the second time in the last few weeks Theo Pryce was on the wrong end of a beating from Chris Chaos and Chaotic Inc. But like any good legend does, Theo dusted himself off and got right back to work.

"Hey Chris. How you ya doing? I bet you're waking up right about now, grabbing your phone and checking the XWF website to look at the next Warfare card so you can stare at the picture of you facing Universal Champion Sarah Lachlan...but wait a second...what does the card say...

Ok Chris, did you figure it out yet? No of course you didn't. If it's not written down for you on a big poster board you have no idea what the answer is so allow me to clue you in.

I'm the reason you aren't getting a Universal Title shot next Warfare.

Not Smoking Bob Williams. Not Vinnie Lane or Atticus White...

You see what you've still failed to realize after all this time is that you don't get anything unless I ALLOW IT. You can make your threats. You can have your pals beat me down over and over again, you can issue your challenges but at the end of the day you aren't ever going to get what you want unless I am willing to give it to you. And buddy boy, I wasn't willing to give you a Universal Title shot next week. Fuck what you think you earned because the truth is what you really earned was an ass kicking by me at Relentless. So yes Chris I will ACCEPT your challenge with the stipulations you described. But i'm going to add one more. If anyone of your lackeys decides to get involved in our match not only do you NOT get another Universal Title shot ever again but neither will any of them. Now we'll get to see what is more important to them, their careers or doing your bidding.

"Graves holds up a sign that reads "Fuck The Kings!" for a moment before carelessly tossing it over his shoulder and looking directly into the camera with a sudden sense of satisfaction.

After a momentary pause he incorrectly assumes that the camera has halted filming and finally admits to something that we've all known all along.

You see, I was going to face Sarah and Ares in a triple threat next Warfare......but then what was my motivation to face you? If I was already Universal Champion--because let's be honest, I WOULD be Universal Champion--then I would have no reason to step into the ring with you at Relentless.

When I told you that you knew what I wanted, I assumed you did. I guess giving you credit was a mistake on my part. You think this is about the gold, don't you? You think this is about me being the cream of the crop again.....but that wasn't what I was talking about. I was talking about revenge. The title, that's the holiday bonus. This entire war hasn't been about the title, its been about revenge.

It's been about professional life effecting personal life. It's been about crossing the line into a world that isn't supposed to be crossed into. Maybe while you're up there spewing your bureaucratic nonsense you can tell these people who John Bihl is. He isn't just a referee here, is he Theo?

And maybe while you're up there on your pedestal we can talk about your clique in the back, who have agenda's. We can talk about who I was, what I did, what I had my hand in. Maybe we can talk about what I KNOW goes on here. Wouldn't want that now, would we? I suckered you in Theo and you fell for it. You assumed things about me, and it shows you that you really know nothing. This wasn't ever about the title, it was about exposing you as the fraud you are. So I covered my bases. I didn't want you to wiggle out of this match, claiming I am already the champion, and throw me in yet another match with Robert Main to get a modicum of "revenge". You're pathetic.

So I took it upon myself to lay out the champion. I took it upon myself to put her out of action this week. I didn't want anything getting between our little date with destiny. I did that, CHAOTIC INC did that. Real shame that Ares won't get his shot, but he has been tasked with my little Ned Kaye problem. He'll have his hands full.

I did it. Me. So don't sit up there on that big white horse and take responsilibity for "screwing me over", because not having this match is exactly how I planned it.

You can't control me, Theo, you can't tame the chaos and it haunts you to your core. It cuts you deep. It bothers you like no other. You may have all these sheep fooled, but I see right through it. However, you are the Head of Creative, you oversee everything that goes on with booking and what not. Ares and I won that match, therefore I have a contractual obligation to get a title shot. So does Ares Creed. Do you really want to put your little paper champion in that kind of predicament? That doesn't fit the narrative for you, does it? Sarah has been protected and coddled since the moment the ink dried on her illustrious contract, and a match against myself AND Creed....well, that's just plain suicide.

I have the contractual obligation to get my match, and if I do not, well then its simple....the title will be held up in court. I am the number one contender, and the title WILL NOT be defended after Relentless unless it is against ME. It could be weeks, months, years, however long it takes. That's just bad for business.

So, since i am getting that shot anyway and you once again prove that the word Theo and the word "control" don't mix........lets make the deal sweeter.

NOT ONLY will I never again get a Uni shot if I lose---yes the above match I am talking about will be off the table if I lose--but I will never show my face on XWF TV again. If I lose to you, Theo, consider my contract much like my title shot, null and void.

We draw up contracts for title matches only. Have you ever in your life seen a contract signing for a contenders match?
