Morning, cool cats and kittens.

I was talking to Theo last night about title belts and it got me thinking about some of the more unique ones out there. Wanted to get input from you guys and see if there's stuff I've never heard of.

For example, this is the "Open the Dream Gate" Championship from Dragongate. This thing is unlike anything I've seen. Official challengers get a key, and if they win, they unlock the front of the belt and etch their name in the plate inside. If they lose, the champion keeps their key and carries it around like a trophy. There aren't a ton of useful pictures of it but man, what an idea.

Then there's the Gift of the Gods title from Lucha Underground, which acts sort of like a 24/7 case but gets defended like a championship along the way. There were seven discs and each one was won by someone, who then all faced off in a 7-person elimination match for the gift of the gods. They could then cash it in for a match with the LU champion at any time. Plus it looked dope.

I've tried to think of ways to do these sorts of things in XWF, but 1) we have plenty of titles and I don't really want to get rid of any of them to make room and 2) man that's complicated!

What about you guys? Any fun stuff you've seen? Just cool looking belts you'd like to share? I work from home now, so, hit me.

This applied to everything if you were thrown out of a battle royal by the shitbird champ. Congrats you're the shitbird champ now. Tag Team matches, if you got pinned by the champ, you bet your bottom dollar that, that guy getting pinned has to carry a cardboard cutout of a dead bird now.

The title was ripped up by a heel manager to the anger of the crowd after a year or two of it being around. Some photos may exist of it, but I highly doubt it. If there is one, it's certainly not a clear shot

Thought it was a neat title.

I guess the idea of it being so embarrassing to hold the title and therefore motivating you to beat someone? Maybe.

The drizzling shitbird is a much better idea than I ever thought of though.

Here's an idea. If you "won" the title, you must give up/vacate all other titles or future title shots you have. I.e . TK is the xtreme champ has a breifcase and has a no.1 for the hart title. He gets pinned by Jim Jimson the shitbird champ. TK has now lost a briefcase, the xtreme title and a hart title shot. I can see this stipulation really fucking someone over, maybe its a bit too harsh so I'm not fully sure bout it
