You're Gonna Go Far, Kid - Barney Green - 10-29-2019 I'm ready for another fight because why not? Heading to Iowa. I didn't even think people actually lived in that state and it was just trees or some shit. White Claw stepping up again to take on Atara Themis. I'm the true ring general when it comes to violence and anarchy. My favorite athlete will always be a true Hall Of Famer no matter what. That is the Recchin' Ball himself. Mark Recchi. Nobody played the game as great as he did even in the twilight of his career. I remember sitting in Rogers Arena back in 2011 watching the Bruins win the Stanley Cup in Vancouver and celebrating with the team afterwards. One of the last people from the olden days of the XWF. You aren't gonna see me fly off the top rope or anything. Its gonna be a fight. You don't jump off of something to win a fight because whats stopping that person from simply moving out the way. Once "Like A Prayer" starts playing throughout the arena, I make my appearance. The sounds of Madonna filling the arena as the fans start to sing along with my entrance gets me going. All the pain and aches in my body disappear and business picks up. I'm battle tested and even with one eye left in my head, I still got that veteran instinct. I can see just fine nowadays. Been almost a year since I lost that eye. The XWF needs a hero and maybe I am the wrong guy for the job but at least I fight for what's right at the end of the day. I broke barriers back in the day by being one of the few openly bisexual wrestlers in this industry. I'm no throw pillow in that ring. Maybe a crash test dummy but I try not think about that. Been thrown through numerous stacks of light tubes and tables. Its become second nature to me. Seeing myself bloodied in the mirror after a hard fought battle. My forehead has turned into a mass of scar tissue but its worth it. I didn't get noticed because of my looks. I got noticed because of my willingness to bleed for a living. No fear in my eyes even when I fell off numerous scaffolds all over the world. Trained in Las Vegas under Foley Anderson. I'm just gonna kick your ass for fun, Atara Themis. Representing Boston for life. All those sleepless nights in the van driving down the roads and drinking to the next show. Pass me another White Claw.
