The confidence I could feel surging through me was overwhelming. The previous night I had recieved a phone call saying that Paul Heyman had infact seen the light and decided that if I continued in my rich vein of form then I would recieve a European Championship title shot against the longest reigning champion in XWF history and XWF's Superstar of the Month, "The Senator" John Samuels, Ever since the previous evening I hadn't slept studying my opponents for the Tag Team match I was scheduled for at Monday Night Madness. My eyes locked on the screen, unable to concentrate on anything else.

I kept replaying the moment Paul came to his senses in my mind, like one of those things you never forget. Like the day the World Trade Centre was attacked or the day JFK was assassinated. I knew in my heart of hearts that this was my break, that this was the oppurtunity I had earned and deserved for the years and years of hard work to rid my fathers 'Vyper' poison that made people disrespect me and my family. I wasn't about to blow my chance on the first night against two clowns. The fact I'd never heard of my partner didn't bother me, because I hadn't heard of the other two guys. Must be a good sign, the only reason we're not opening the show is because I'm in it. A sudden surge of darkness took over me. I could feel it overwhelming me, the flashing leering red eyes returned and my teeth turned piercing sharp like fangs.

"This is not what you want Zayne.. but it's what shall happen to you. You need me, I can take you to the top. Isn't that what you wanted? Zayne? Isn't that where you wanted to be.. at the top? at any cost?.. is this true Zayne?"

I was struggling with the pain trying to fight it but the pain was too powerful it was overwhelming me, I could feel myself embracing the hatred.

"Your right to be upset Zayne. Your right to be angry. You were robbed. Robbed of an equal oppurtunity. That's right, embrace the hatred Zayne. You can feel my power joining with yours, together we can destroy anybody. This mean streak will save you, save US Zayne. We are united now Zayne, we shall destroy the competition."

"Brian Braxton, Danny Danger shall be the first to experience our might together. The force. They shall see your new found power, your new found assets. This is a great day for us Zayne. Me and you. Let the hatred overcome you, let it all out. Lets become the best, destroying the things that want to hold you back. Think about it Zayne.. together we are strong."

And as quickly as it came, the voice had gone. This trip if I could call it that weakened me, I felt groggy and not at ease. I didn't feel right, this was wierd, too much studying. The pain and anger had gone, I restored my normal stature. Brushing some sweat from my forehead, I decided to call it a night, shutting down my laptop. This was not worth it...
