We see Tommy with a posse of some sort, and he blast this track on a boombox inside a park somewhere. He then gets on the mic, and he starts to speak.
Man, I see people in here who couldn't buss a move, you know what, I bet none of you guys can do a move.
Tommy starts to two step with a twist, and he does a breakdance like style on the concrete, until he noticed someone in the crowd. He notices Engy with the strap, trying to be incognito.
Oh shit, Engy get ova here... and lets see what you got?
We see Engy getting into the crowd, and he awkwardly tries to dance, and we Tommy looking into the camera with disgust. He then turns off the boombox, and smashes it over Engy's back. Engy stumbles through the crowd, but Tommy grabs his head and hits a HideYaFace and places his foot on his gut as he sways his arms in a circular motion.... as a homeless dude in striped shirt count the pin.

As fucked up as Engy is after that C4 match, he kicks out. Bloody scabby bandages go everywhere. In fact, as he kicks out he picks up one of his nasty ass gauze strips and shoves it in Tommy's mouth. He breathes out the following painfully.

He runs out of the crowd, wincing in pain.
