So I have been using the standard coding for the boards.But I have seen the text
that people like Cadryn and Theo use and I was wondering what you guys use?
Is it a standard BBcode or a Hex Code?Just curious id like to make my text pop.
Something that is a little more dramatic.
Any help is thankful.

If you're ever curious about how someone coded something in their post, you could always Quote it and their post along with all of the coding they used will show.

Only issue there is if what he is looking for is only present in an actual RP - you can't quote those.
BUT, there are plenty of little things that people have tinkered with over time to make different effects. Those of us who have been around a while know most of them.
