Deadlines are always the day before the show at 11:59 'board time,' which is Pacific.

Hence if the show is on wednesday, the deadline is Tuesday at 2359hrs. If it's a Saturday show, it's friday at 2359hrs.
All times are in pacific, and the board time is also in pacific.
