The thread of destiny. - Bobby Blackcoat - 01-31-2017 WRESTLER'S STATS In-Ring Name: Bobby Blackcoat Wrestler's Real Name: Boris Vincent New to XWF or a returning roster member?: New Wrestler Date of Birth: April 20, 1985 Height: 6'1 Weight:209 lbs. Hometown: Parts Unknown Personality: Controversial Alignment (heel/face/tweener): Heel Looks Description: Wears a black trench coat with a hood, even while he wrestles. Beneath the hood his pale, white, obscured face has a tattoo around his left eye, which has a distant non-expression. He has a shaved, balding head with stubble around his head and face, often covered by his hood and jacket collars. He is not particularly physically intimidating, and has never been known to use steroids, but has long, deceptively lanky limbs that give him the ability to grab his opponents' legs from a distance. Ethnicity: White Pic Base: ![]() WRESTLING STATS Strengths: Formidable submission wrestler with a PhD in Anatomy with a focus on the human leg. A vast array of knowledge, an obsession with submission holds, wearing holds, and damaging strikes all meant to destroy the knee. Weaknesses: In college his leg obsession caused him to lose sight of the big picture and lose many key matches. However, most of those opponents needed help from their coaches to walk off the mat. It seems he is more interested in damaging the legs of his opponents than victory, but really the fact is that his focus in one area has left many gaps in others. Entrance Theme Music: Silence. Bobby believes his matches are a serious, sometimes sad and unfortunate occasion, and definitely not a party or celebration. So music isn't appropriate. He is known to prefer that everyone remains silent throughout. Special Entrance (if any): Bobby invites "Unapologetics" to download a special app for his matches. When his match begins, it triggers all of the screens of the app users' phones in the arena to be locked with a giant, blinking B. The lights go out and a giant letter B with dark animations appears on every tron and screen in the building. 5 or More Commonly Used, Standard Moves: 1. Bobby always tries to find distance and openings with leg kicks. 2. All the Single Leggies (Single leg takedown / elbow drop to the knee) 3. Dropkick to the side of the knee 4. Chop Block 5. Grinder Leg Lock (Opponent downed, Bobby wrenches and isolates the knee while grinding his elbow into bend) 6. Leg stomp (Bobby is known to place his opponent's leg in increasingly bizarre positions and situations before stomping it) Trademark Move(s): Sunappu Sutemu (Dragon Screw Leg Whip) Description(s): Bobby kicks at his opponent's legs relentlessly, hoping they will eventually try to kick back at him. When they do, Bobby catches their foot like a fish out of water and uppercuts the knee, sending his opponent spiraling down into the perfect position for Bobby to lock on his Finishing Hold. Finishing Move(s): Vaporizer Description(s): Once the opponent's leg is weakened, Bobby applies The Vaporizer, a brutal leg lock, from various positions. Whether the opponent is downed, or on top of Bobby, or if the opponent is still standing and Bobby rolls into it, the Vaporizer puts multiple points of pressure on the opponent's legs. Video reference: Favorite Hardcore Attacks/Spots: Bobby is known to be analytical about the rules. He will often head butt, gauge eyes, or attack before the bell, knowing the ref can only disqualify after a warning. If the referee is distracted, he will take the opportunity to land an extra illegal move. He will sometimes offer to shake his opponent's hand and sucker punch them. That being said, Bobby is oddly fearful of and susceptible to weapon attacks. Additional notes: Bobby Blackcoat claims that his purpose in XWF is less about entertainment than it is a societal revolution. He is known for spouting controversial messages online and using his wrestling career as a vehicle to get attention for his beliefs. |
