I'm in another fed that hasn't been active for a while, and this person just join the fed that I am in as well I just told the person that if you like efeding go to xwf(this place) it the best place that I've been in. Did. Do a no no or what?

Nah, I think you're good. I think XWF will always encourage you to recruit members to join XWF. You just can't recruit XWF members into other efeds.

If I'm understanding you right, you're concerned about if you were considered to be spamming the OTHER fed, right?
As long as they're inactive like you said, it's fine... but please don't spam active feds with XWF links because that could end up causing issues I don't want to have to deal with.
