I wish we had a new television title, like a title for the newcomers who are trying to get their feet wet. It could be contested on Monday Madness under a television time limit (2 rp limit per person), but it must be defended at EVERY show.

You mean the Hart Title? It's contested under a strict 3 RP limit, and is defended every other week or so. There is no Madness anymore, though.

We used to have a TV title, and in the spirit of TV Champs always having the advantage, we had some sort of limit where the challenger had to post their first RP within x amount of time from the match being booked, and then could only hit a certain amount of RPs the entire week even though the champ has no hoops to jump thru at all.
We may actually bring it back and tweak it so that anti-flood rules DON'T apply to the defending champion, or something similar. Once things start getting a lot busier and the roster fills up more, we'll probably consider something like that.

The old rules were that the challenger could only post one a day whereas the champ could still do two.
