Open Challenge! - Marek Matthews - 05-21-2015
- The scene opens backstage at a XWF event. Marek Matthews is standing in front of an XWF backdrop. He looks at the camera and smiles and then begins to speak to the audience.]
Marek Matthews: Ladies and Germs, I am here to make it big in the X-treme Wrestling Federation, and I would like to take this opportunity to make a challenge to any of you so called super stars here in the X-treme Wrestling Federation who want to fight. I am here to kick ass and take names. I am here to show the wrestling world what I can do. I don't care who accepts my challenge because at the end of it all, I will have beaten every single so called wrestler here in the X-treme Wrestling Federation. I'll stand here all night, it doesn't matter. Just realize, when you accept my challenge, there is no turning back. You can't just accept and then run away with your tail between your legs. So let's hear it, who wants to face the very best that this wrestling company has to offer?
[Marek Matthews waits for someone to accept his challenge.]

[Christopher and Dustin walk on the scene and see Marek just standing there.]
Dustin: Hey, Chris, look at this, a newbie just asked for a challenge.
Christopher: We're newbies too, Dusty. No need to make it sound like we've been here since the dawn of time, you know?
Dustin: Well just accept his challenge, whatever the hell that might be! You've conditioned yourself for the worst, remember?
Christopher: Well I don't know when he wants it. I'm gonna ask him right now.
[Christopher looks over at Marek]
Christopher: Hey dude, when do you want to fight and how?

[Marek Matthews sees the two and laughs a bit to himself.]
Marek Matthews: You want to fight? How about this Monday? You and I in the ring. Do you have the guts or are you going to bitch out?
[Marek Matthews waits for his reply.]

[Chris turns back to Dustin]
Christopher: How about it, Dusty? Does Monday sound good or should we try to change the date?
Dustin: All the cool cats usually hang around on Wednesday, dude. I don't know if he thinks he's one of them or if he thinks he's too cool to be in the same ring with the champions.
[This wild guess makes Chris chuckle a bit.]
Christopher: Well that sounds like some grade A bullshit if that's what he means.
Dustin: Well I'm just throwing shit at the wall, dude. Just accept his challenge or go home.
[Chris turns back to Marek]
Christopher: You cool with weapons being involved? Or are you too much of a punk ass bitch to let me hit you with that guitar you're holding?

Christopher: Hey, I'm just trying to make things more exciting for the crowd, dude! I know what they'd like, and they'd want some backyard wrestling thrown into the mix, just to spice things up.
Dustin: I think he doesn't want to use weapons because he bruises easily.
[Chris turns to Dustin once more.
Christopher: Like a banana?
Dustin: Yeah, he was the man in the banana suit from that stupid children's wrestling show!
[They both laugh for a little bit. Chris turns back to Marek after wiping an imaginary tear from his eye.]
Christopher: Yeah, a hardcore match on Monday suits us well. See ya then, brah.
[They both walk out of the camera's eye, possibly to find their locker room.]
