The Doctor wakes up from his drunken slumber and notices the Loverboy still passed out with his arm wrapped over top of him. The Doctor looks around and makes sure no one is watching, lifts the Loverboy's arm and sneaks out from under him, thus, kicking out from the pin. The Doctor slowly sneaks away, leaving the Loverboy still passed out alone on the floor.
