Mastermind is walking in the catering area, when Manson runs in a strikes Mastermind across the forehead with the book of Higher Power. After knocking him to the ground, Manson climbs a nearby vending machine.

Kick out
It takes around 7 hours for Mastermind to come right from the moon stomp. He pushes Mick Manson off of him, quickly gets to his feet, grabs Mick and sends him crashing through tables.
He looks around for his X-Treme belt and bag, finds them, and picks them up. He unzips the bag, and takes out a t-shirt.
He walks slowly over to the fallen Mick. Kneels down beside him and grabs his head.
"Haven't had the pleasure of meeting you, first time, good to meet you... not."
Mastermind slams MIck's head down. Then stands up, and drapes the t-shirt over his body.
It says:

He then walks away.
