The camera fades in to a darkened room. There is nothing in this room. It is pitch black. Suddenly the voice of Mastermind speaks.
"Time.... What is time? Time is a measurement in which events can be ordered from the past through the present into the future, and also the measure of durations of events and the intervals between them. Time is the light of day, and the darkness of the night. Time is the second, minute, hour, day, week, fortnight, month, year, decade, century.
"The time for me is coming to a close? What time is it that is coming to a close I hear you ask? Wednesday Night Warfare and my date with destiny. Destiny is time. It's all about facing the person that you are destined to meet. That for me is John Cena 2099. He is the future, and I am his past. The present shall bring us together."
"Loyalty, hustle, and respect is his motto. His motto that he goes by. I respect that motto. As a fan of John Cena 2014 I can respect that. But I cannot respect John Cena 2099. If I did, I would be making a foolish mistake. Respect goes out the window in our match."
"How can he be loyal to himself if his future self is trapped in 2099. He's here in 2014, his loyalty is to his future and present but not his past. I am loyal to myself more than I have ever been, then, now, and in the future."
Mastermind steps from the darkness into the light to show himself. He looks more moody than ever.
"If you want to play the time card John Cena 2099 then go right ahead. I've seen the worst of myself through the last few weeks, and I know I am better than that, so I'm bringing myself to Wednesday Night Warfare to go through you, you haven't seen the worst of yourself because yourself is stuck in the future. That means that you are vulnerable. And I will take that vulnerability and shove it up your arse. I'm going to get close to you, and whisper that it was wrong of you to come to 2014, and leave your 2014 in 2099. I know what I am talking about even if no one else does."
Mastermind steps back into the darkness and disappears from sight.
"I move forwards in life, even though I am looking for that sensible connection to tell me the wrongs that I did in the past, I should learn from. I have learnt from them. But you left your wrongs in the future John Cena 2099 and to come back to the past should never happen. I will show you that to be the case. I will teach you a lesson, and a lesson is what you will learn. Because I am that dam good.
"See you Wednesday."
There is sounds of foot steps walking away, and then quiet. The blackness stills.
