Well... - Cain - 09-16-2014 Judging by the new Madness card, Cain evidently lost. So I guess Warfare will be a good place to make a fresh start. Kinda lacking confidence in my writing ability now though. Well... - Vincent Lane - 09-16-2014 The winner hasn't been decided actually, since they still needed judging after the card went up. Well... - Gator - 09-16-2014 Dude, the reason you're not on the show is because you opted out. Don't doubt your writing skills, you're very talented and don't assume you've lost either. You put up a damn good fight. Well... - Vincent Lane - 09-16-2014 I agree with Frodo. Definitely some of your best that I've seen. If I had to give any sort of advice (without scrolling back to your feedback thread, because lazy) I'd say that it seems like the hardest time you have is combining the "in ring" Cain with the "out of ring" Cain. The stories you put together are really, really cool, but then it seems like you kinda remember you have a wrestling match and start tossing trash talk. It's like when I watch True Blood (shut up, I like it) and there's the 3,000 year old Eric telling people to fuck off. It doesn't make sense to me, like he should act and speak differently. But that's really tough. Just because he's 3,000 years old doesn't mean he should walk around in underwear made up a leaf and ramble. Back on topic, management goes out of it's way not to tip it's hand when making a card. We would sooner add a match after the card has been put up before we make a match that gives away results from a previous show. Speaking to your match I know that as of 10:00pm last night it was still being judged so again, the card was not made with the results of your match with LH being known because they weren't at the time. Still might not be for all I know. I'm sure that Paul saw that Harrison and Knight had agreed to a match and that is why that match is on there. You didn't opt in for the show and thus you aren't booked. Even if by chance you do lose to Harrison I can promise you that the results of that match and the booking of the card are two independent events. Well... - Paul Heyman - 09-17-2014 Stay tuned for a Heyman announcement. RE: Well... - Mastermind - 09-17-2014 Don't give up, you're writing awesome. I'm now on a 9 match losing streak, but even though that hurts, I know that sooner or later I am going to get a win, even if it takes me 20 matches for a win, 30 matches for a win, I'd rather win by beating people who turn up and role play than not turn up like at the start of my career, and I got off to a rollicking start, but since it's all come crashing down. I learnt that lesson. So don't give up dude. Keep on writing. I like your style. Your form will only get better. Well... - Great Buzzard Eli James IV - 09-17-2014 You started off fighting some top people. For some, it takes a bit to get into the groove. As people have said.. this week was your best and I agree. You're getting better. Keep writing. You're doing just fine. RE: Well... - Cain - 09-17-2014 I'll be expecting to see Cain's name on the card for the 22nd Warfare. ![]() |
