Villains: Woe #2 - Woeful - 09-04-2014 Woe's Secret Laboratory September 3, 2014 2:33 AM Woe is working diligently in his lab with Bishop standing beside him working alongside. Woeful hands Bishop a few chemicals in beakers. Bishop begins mixing them and adding a couple of tubes together leading to a giant vat of black bubbling liquid. Finally, Bishop steps back from the table and raises his hands. WOE: That's it? BISHOP: That's it. WOE: Hmm... how many rooks do we have currently? BISHOP: The last I counted, which was yesterday, was about fifty. WOE: Great, now... go poll the group and ask them the question. BISHOP: On it, boss. Bishop turns around and walks into the bigger adjacent lab. Woe flaps his enormous wings and lifts himself up to the next level of the lab that is an over railing that overlooks the lab. He stands with his hands on the railway and looks down. WOE: I've come to the decision that I shouldn't go into this battle alone. I've decided to allow my comrades the ability to use the full power of Toxin-8. It's a Man of Steel match and I plan to prove my Steel intelligence by bringing my associates with me to ensure the Aerial Knight's ultimate demise. Ahh here they are now. Bishop walks back into the room and he's followed by thirteen men in full yellow lab equipment hiding their entire bodies. Bishop is wearing the same outfit except he his equipment is red instead of yellow. WOE: Welcome those of you that have answered the call. You will be granted the same abilities that I now have. You will be able to fly among the eagles and be able to lift objects of immense weight. You will be GODS among men with me was your leader! The only guidelines for these powers be that you bow before Woe and proclaim me your undisputed commander in chief. Now... bow. Bishop falls to his knees immediately and places the palms of his hands on the concrete floor. The others are hesitant, but slowly they all do it. All except one and he seems extremely nervous. WOE: You there! Why aren't you bowing? Rook: I... I am a Christian. I bow to no man before God. Woe smiles and begins flapping his wings. He abruptly dives down and punches the rook into the wall and slumps over. Woe flies back up to his perch and stares down. WOE: Now, are there any other objections? If not, let's line up for dosage. El Valle
September 3, 2014 11:23 PM The small town of El Valle is shown with no lights on. No sound is heard... except for the flapping of wings. In the distance, a sole being is seen in the air. His arms are crossed and his impressive figure is hovering. Bishop flies up beside him, Woe gives him a motion with his hand and suddenly the sky behind Woe and Bishop is filled with flapping monstrosities all showing their upper torsos and wearing masks similar to Woe's. Bishop, who is now large and dressed the same as the Rooks, but not quite the size of Woe raises his fist and the flying Rooks begins raining down on the town. They begin opening doors and flying into the house and attacking the residents of El Valle. Screams and the sounds of yelling is heard riveting through the town. Bishop and Woe slowly float down to the edge of the city as they hover a few feet above the ground. They begin moving through the city. WOE: Has he been found? ROOK: Not yet sir. WOE: WELL KEEP LOOKING! The surrounding rooks separate and fly into more houses. WOE: AGHHHHH! Woe has been stabbed directly in the injection pack on his back. The man that stabbed Woe was the same thief who stole Toxin-6 last week. Bishop turns around and grabs the man by the neck. Woe raises a hand and Bishop stops before demolishing the man. Woe stands up and the pack falls to the ground. He detaches the wires connecting to him. He laughs at the attempt. He flexes his arms and feels himself. WOE: Hmm. It seems that Toxin-8 has taken away the necessity for multiple injections. That's unfortunate for you. Bishop holds the man by the arms and Woe lifts the man up into the air. He ascends up to an extremely high level. WOE: Adios. Fucker. He drops the man and slowly descends. The man's body is fond lying in a bloody clump. Woe walks over and stands over the body as his minions circle around him. WOE: Aerial Knight. Jonathan Heartsford. You think you stand a chance against me? The Demolition Man? The Flying Death? The Dragon to Your Knight? Well let me let you in on something Mr. Knight. This saga doesn't end with the hero overcoming the odds and destroying the evil. In the story of Woe, no one is safe from utter annihilation. Woe raises his arms as he flies into the night sky with his minions in pursuit. |
