You have to wait until midnight PST if you already have 2 RPs that day. You probably won't be disqualified if you posted now that RP just wouldn't count.

Typically speaking you could post 4 RPs in as many minutes, IF two occur before midnight PST and 2 occur after midnight PST. It is not 2 in a 24 hour period rule persay. Hope that clears up any confusion.
Also, to all of you newcomers, never hesitate to bug GMs for clarity on ANY rule you're not sure about.
