End the Skype process and restart.
If that doesn't work, just throw a cat through your screen. Then it won't tell you you're logged in when you're not anymore.

If not, download Trillian messenger and use it to connect to Skype?
If not, download a digital bomb and just start blowing shit up on your computer. Skype will see this and it will fix itself as to not be blown up.
