It's this button: You can click it on any posts in a thread, and then when you click reply you will be able to quote them all!!! Also, to simply quote one post you can click the Reply button attached to the post: To reply without quoting anybody, click the large New Reply button: Also as an added bonus on most computers you can press Ctrl+B or I or U and it will bold, italicize, or underline for you. For example if you highlight a sentence and then press ctrl+b it will become bold. Nice handy shortcut to use on the fly.
