It's easier to just post here so you all see it. Anytime you're about to book a card for Monday or Wednesday, please make sure you look in the roster section for your show right before you book, and make sure any new arrivals get booked. EVEN IF they did not opt in. New members are assumed to be "opting in" just by coming here and signing up, and there's a good chance they haven't found the booking area yet or know how it works when they're new. Sometimes I will add a new member to the show that is getting booked that day, so it's very possible that some last minute names will appear on the roster for your show. Always check right before you post the card. If you are afraid they might not realize they are booked or know where to RP, please send them a PM when you book them.
After you book a newcomer in their first match, you may want to send them a PM and let them know how the booking threads work for future weeks.
