R.I.P Ultimate Warrior - Justin Jones - 04-08-2014 Title saids it all. REST IN PEACE ULTIMATE WARRIOR You were a great wrestler, awesome dude. Prayers to your wife and daughters RE: R.I.P Ultimate Warrior - Easy - 04-08-2014 I can't believe the news. We just watched him last night. I wasn't a fan of his, but I definitely respected his passion, regardless of his undeniable history of being a prick. R.I.P Ultimate Warrior - Peter Fn Gilmour - 04-09-2014 im shocked RE: R.I.P Ultimate Warrior - Cain - 04-09-2014 Three days after getting inducted in the HOF. R.I.P Warrior. R.I.P Ultimate Warrior - "Loverboy" Vinnie Lane - 04-09-2014 I've had slightly changing views of Warrior over the years but I do think it's great that he was able to patch up some of the past problems with people and also be welcomed back into WWE. I remember as a child seeing Warrior on TV and thinking he was something larger than life itself. I remember being a little older and thinking it was amazing that he returned to WWE for Wrestlemania 12. At the time it was one of the most amazing returns I'd seen in wrestling. I remember being let down after that return because it seemed like they never allowed him to fully get back into his former groove or maybe he just wasn't cooperative enough? Not sure... I remember when he no-showed a WWE event and they got rid of him and announced it on TV that he didn't bother to show up. Of course that pissed me off a little. Anyone remember that? It's when he was going to end up teaming with HBK and Ahmed Johnson at the next PPV but instead they brought in Psycho Sid which turned out to be kind of interesting. Also interesting how Warrior and Sid always kind of missed each other in WWE because they were supposed to feud many years prior but then I think Warrior left. I remember thinking Warrior in WCW was horrible. lol I remember seeing shoot videos of Warrior that were "interesting" and I remember the hilarious doctored shoot video that many of us have laughed our asses off at. Regardless of if we think he was the #1 man on Earth or not, I have a lot of memories of him and it was nice to see it all come together the past few days for him. I think he really was happy too and that, to me, is what's worth remembering. His final promo on Raw just the other day seems to take on a very different meaning now. Rest in peace, Warrior! You will be missed by your haters as well as your fans! If he ended up having a heart attack, which I suspect was the case, than yes, his final promo on Raw truly does take on another meaning, talk about foreboding. R.I.P Ultimate Warrior - Peter Fn Gilmour - 04-09-2014 TMZ reports he was clutching his chest R.I.P Ultimate Warrior - Morbid Angel - 04-09-2014 Watching his last speech on Raw you can tell something wasn’t right. He was winded and shaking. I believe it was a heart attack even before they said he was clutching his chest…mostly because of the past drug abuse he has done and I can only assume by the pictures I have seen online that he still juiced now and again. Sadly not everyone can handle the juice like Hogan! lol RE: R.I.P Ultimate Warrior - MattWard - 04-12-2014 he probably had a massive heart attack, i am glad that he mended all the fences that he broke in the early years of his time with WWE. |
