Boom Town - Steve "KingSlayer" Davids - 02-01-2014
(OOC: Laptop went down, hope this can still count.)
The camera shot opens with Davids sat in front of a fire, he is wearing a suit and is drinking what appears to be a glass of whisky. He is looking much smarter than before, as he has shaved and tied his hair behind his back. He looks into the flames that reflect in his pearly eyes. His voice is husky and deep. Conviction is strong through out his 'trash talk'.
“You know something... It's been a tough ride for The Brotherhood, but Mr. Supernova's failure to recognise that the Brotherhood remains... strong is either stupidity or just plain ignorance. I didn't expect such idiotic behaviour from the man who has arguably been the greatest champion in the past year. You see Supernova, there's a difference between you and I. Perhaps it is just your pure arrogance or perhaps your poor judgement, I cannot quite tell...
You should not over look Steve Davids. Indeed, months ago you did defeat me. Although you actually pinned KnightMask in that match you still beat me. You won. I have never questioned your ability, you are a man who can fight with the best of them. I am one of the best though Mr. Supernova, and whether or not you believe that is up to you. That doesn't matter, I need not lie to you.
Also, I am going to go off the subject off of Mr Supernova just for a moment. Theo Pryce, how fucking dare you call me a paper champion. What a ridiculous statement from a man who has only defended his 'crown', chain whatever just once this month. You're the paper champion you fucking hypocrite. I have to defend this belt every single minute of every single day against absolutely anyone. I don't get to pick and choose who I face, I face whoever jumps me in the street, who ever attacks me in the car park. I just keep doing what Steve Davids does best and I keep kicking out. There's a reason I've won every match this year so far. There's a reason I beat three people, yes three whether you admit it or not Nova, I did beat three people.
I will not sit here and bang on about me being the Xtreme Champion though Nova, don't worry. I have enough people aiming at the huge target on my back without adding another...”
Davids takes a sip of whisky and composes himself once more, he turns now and looks directly into the camera lens. His eyes are focused and it seems as if he is almost aiming for something with his eyes.
“This match may not be for my title, it may not be for yours Nova, or yours Theo. But god damn I want to win. The shock and horror in both of your eyes if me and Tony did pull off the win would be something to behold. I have no doubt in my mind that we CAN do it, whether we will do it... well let's wait and see what unfolds in the squared circle.
Theo Pryce, the King! How wonderful it is to see you speaking so much this week. I mean it's something that you should probably leave to those with just a little bit of talent when it comes to talking but then we all have to try and improve where we can I guess. I even learned a submission hold the other day, I know shit's crazy right? Seriously though, I wouldn't get too close to that partner of yours other wise one week you'll be tag partners and the next week you'll be shag partners. Princess Kate wouldn't want to see that now would she? I hope that Eli James does the right thing and forces you to defend that chain of yours a little more often. I mean one defence in a month and you got to pick the opponent and it was some rookie who has done nothing in his life except try to masturbate with his left hand and get a shit hair cut? Oh and his initials spell out hot, how convenient for a man who couldn't be anything further from the word when it comes to streaks or talent.
You know what though guys, I'll admit something here that maybe a traditional trash talk wouldn't say. I do respect the pair of you. Breaking away from the Black Circle like that as if you were the two people that people actually cared about, that takes a lot of guts. You two have talent, no doubt.... Just please, do not be surprised if a slightly different talent takes away a precious victory from those golden tally charts of yours.
The Black Circle crumbled, as I said it would and it's only a matter of time before the King and his trusty sidekick crumble as well.”
Steve laughs and smashes the glass down on the table. The shot fades.
