It's almost time. Almost time for the dawning of a New Age in the X-treme Wrestling Federation. Monday Night Madness. July 24th, 2013. The XWF debut of Shawn Steele. Ten XWF Superstars will climb between those ropes, only to be thrown back out over the top rope. One lone survivor.

The scene opens up in the parking lot behind the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The large semi trucks carrying the equipment and great that sets the stage for Madness every Monday night are lining the parking area, various smaller vehicles parked here and there. Off in the distance a flash of light causes the camera to turn to the left, just in time to see a completely chrome Fisker Karma pulling into the parking lot.

The camera follows the path of the Karma as it slowly moves it's way through the parking lot before pulling into a spot near the back entrance into the building. The camera man begins sprinting towards the car as the driver's door open and out steps Shawn Steele, seemingly defying the laws of laws of physics how his large frame even fit into the building. After closing the door, Shawn moves to the rear of the car to get his bag out of his trunk. Closing the trunk, Shawn turns to move towards the building when he almost runs right into Steve Sayors.

Steve Sayors: Wow! That's a heck of a car ya got there, Mr. Steele.

Shawn Steele: .. .. Thanks. Now do you mind getting out of ..

Steve Sayors: Listen! Do you think I could get a few wor...

Shawn Steele: I'm sorry but .. who are you?

Steve Sayors: I'm .. I'm Steve Sayors! XWF's number one intervie...

Shawn Steele: Oh. Yeah, I was told about you. And apparently they were right. You're already getting on my nerves. Whatever. What do you want to know.

Sayors appears a little taken aback by Steele's harsh words upon their first actual meeting, but quickly shrugs it off and, ever the professional, flashes a quick smile at the camera before returning his attention back to his subject.

Steve Sayors: Mr. Steele, in just a matter of hours you're going to be walking down that isle, in front of thousands of X-treme Wrestling Federation fans for the very first time. The butterflies must be multiplying in your stomach right now.

Though he said as a statement of fact, Sayors thrust his microphone into Shawn's face for an answer.

Shawn Steele: Butterflies? First of all Stevie, I'm not a twelve year old girl getting ready to go to her first boy girl party. I don't get butterflies. But feel free to save that question for Swift Ion. I'm sure he'll be happy to tell you all about his. But to answer what you were trying to ask, no. I'm not nervous. This may be my first time stepping into an XWF ring, but this is first from my first go round in this wonderful little world of ours. I see guys like Shady Robertson and Steve Fitch talking about the rookies in this match, but if they're talking about me, they've clearly failed to do their research. My record isn't hard to find.

Steve Sayors: Speaking of Steve Fitch, we finally heard from him at a XWF live event last night. Did you happen to hear what he had to say?

Shawn Steele: Yeah, I saw his little interview. And what I saw was that this little asshole didn't say anything. Oh but he said he's going to let his ring skills do his talking for him. Well, Fitchy, I for one am looking forward to having a short, violent conversation with you tonight.

Steve Sayors: Let's move onto someone else you mentioned earlier, Shady Robertson. One week ago today, Shady made his XWF debut and was victorious over ..

Shawn grabs the mic from Sayors, pulling it up slowly so that he can respond, even before Sayors was able to ask an actual question.

Shawn Steele: I'm gonna stop you right there, Steven. I signed my contract with Shane two weeks ago and when I was assigned to the Monday Night Madness roster, I made sure that I paid real close attention to what kind of a show Paul Heyman was running. Of course it's just my luck that this moron Crimson Cobra winds up in charge for one week and I get booked in a Battle Royal, but that's not my point. My point, is that I watched Shady's so called ‘victory' last week. He wasn't even in the ring when the match ended. He had nothing to do with it. The winner of that match was Lord Malichi. And Shady Robertson wants to talk about how HE made an statement last week? What a load of crap. And this guy is so stupid he's actually blaming Paul Heyman for this booking. Hey, is he related to those Duck Dynasty guys? That would explain it. I mean, there's got to be a lot of cousin loving going on in that family to result in those bunch of hicks. Right Stevie?!

Shawn chuckles to himself as he slaps Sayors on the back of the shoulder, the force visibly forcing and uncomfortable Steve Sayors to lurch forward slightly.

Steve Sayors: Um .. anyway, moving on. Shady Robertson wasn't the only person displeased with this match, none other than the man who is ToDamnSwift, Swift Ion.

Shawn Steele: Wait.. what is he going to DamnSwift, exactly? No, never mind. Don't answer that. But answer this for me, who exactly does Swift Ion think he is?

Steve Sayors is actually about to answer the question, but Shawn keeps talking.

Shawn Steele: If you thought it was odd that Robertson said he made a statement, well not only did Ion lose last week, he lost to an announcers table. This moron attacked a table, and lost! What was he trying to do, exactly? Does he think he'll impress the ladies by trying to moonsault himself through a table? And, did anyone else notice that he bounced? I mean .. that table kicked his scrawny ass! And he wants to start trying to show off that pathetic build he has? AND talk shit about me? I don't even know what to say about this kid. He's clearly not all there. So why don't we just move along.

Sayors quickly nods his head in agreement.

Steve Sayors: The two men who have been most active before tonight's match have been “The Tornado" Andrew Morrison and Jonathon Thomas Cross. But I have to ask your opinion on the extremely personal nature of their ..

Shawn Steele: I don't care. Whatever is going on between the two of them, I really could not care less. Morrison snuck into Cross' hotel room and stalked his wife. Great. No one cares. Maybe if Jonathon didn't see intent on bringing his entire family reunion into the X-treme Wrestling Federation he wouldn't be having this problem. But Cross is like a big dumb gorilla. Big muscles, little brain. He can be dangerous, in the right setting, but he's too stupid to do any real harm.

Steve Sayors: You seem to have some kind of admiration for Andrew Morrison?

Shawn Steele: Like I've said, I do my research. And I liked what I saw last Monday night. Andrew Morrison is, far and away, the most impressive superstar I've seen on the Monday Night Madness roster. Maybe even on the entire X-treme Wrestling federation roster. What he did to Jonathon Thomas Cross on Monday night, I respect that. I can respect a guy who will do whatever it takes to get the job done. And from what I can tell, Morrison is that kind of guy. But don't get it wrong. If, and when, it comes down to the two of us in that ring tonight, because it will, I'm going to show “The Tornado" that while he's had his hands full with Cross, he has never .. NEVER been in the ring with someone like me. Someone who will stand toe to toe with him. Take everything he's capable of dishing out, and keep coming.

Sayors drops the mic back down to his own level as he spins on his heels quickly to face the camera.

Steve Sayors: Well there you have it fans! Shawn Steele, making his XWF debut tonight, is ready to put on a show.

Sayors flashes his million dollar smile for the camera, causing Shawn Steele to roll his eyes before grabbing his bags and heading towards the arena as the screen begins to fade.
