The scene fades in to an empty Key Arena in Seattle Washington just a few hours after the end of Monday Night Madness.
In the center of the ring is XWF Correspondent "Mean Gene" Okerlund.
Hollywood Hogan's theme song plays and out comes Hogan wearing his typical wrestling gear. Black pants, a white belt with Hollywood written on it in black. White boots with black lightning and nWo written on them. A black and white nWo t-shirt, a white and black boa, and a black banana.
Hogan walks down to the ring and stands next to "Mean Gene".
"I must say Hollywood this is highly unorthodox."
"Well you know Mean Gene, when I look out at all these fans brother, I see..."
"Now wait a second, there aren't any fans here Hollywood. It's an empty arena."
"Don't interrupt me brother. As I was saying, when I look out at all these fans, these ungrateful, backstabbers it makes me sick to see what has become of this great sport brother."
"What do you mean Hollywood?"
"What I mean Mean Gene is that the nWo came to the XWF to try and turn this place around and immediately we were met with boos and grief. We promised that we would change the culture around here from a place filled with losers to a place filled with winners like Hollwood brother."
"And have you done that?"
"No Mean Gene we haven't. We tried to. Big Kev and Scott would come out and lay down the law to anyone who didn't eat their vitamins, say their prayers and do the work ahead of time to win their matches. For weeks they did this brother. But do you know what happened Mean Gene?"
"No Hollywood, what happened?"
"The Board of Directors paid me a visit at my home in Florida and told me that the nWo had to stop being so violent, that we had to stop interfering all the time, that it was only making things worse."
"Well Hollywood I have to say that all the attacks did make the roster uneasy, especially the Madness roster where you guys seemed to set up camp."
"WELL BROTHER!! Let me turn this around and ask you a question, do you think that us not attacking people has made things better or worse?"
"I don't know Hollywood, my job is to ask questions, not answer them."
"I see brother. Well let me answer the question for you then. The answer is no brother. Not attacking people hasn't made things better, in fact it's made things worse because no people think they can do whatever they want, that there are no consequences to not preparing for their matches. Just last week half the wrestlers on Madness did nothing to prepare for their matches. Is that a coincidence Mean Gene? We stop doing what we do and people stop putting in the work."
"And you think there is some correlation there?"
"I don't know what you are talking about with this correlation nonsense but this is definitely not a coincidence. And now the Board of Directors sends Paul Heyman, a guy I go way back with to force me into a match with Brock Lesnar, what is that about brother?"
"Well you are the undisputed XWF World..."
"Excuse me dude but it's undisputed nWo World Champion."
"My apologies Hollywood. But as the champ it is your duty to defend the title, why not Brock Lesnar?"
"I'm not worried about Brock Lesnar brother,in fact, he doesn't concern me at all, I'll face him Monday, beat him and go on being the champ. Who is Brock Lesnar anyway brother?
"You don't know who Brock Lesnar is? He's been on a roll lately, he won the Trios titles and he BEAT THE STREAK."
"Is that so Brother, well I guess his own streak will come to an end on Monday night because he is not walking out of whatever arena we are going to be, as the champ. The XWF is Hollywood and Hollywood is the XWF brother."
"What does that even mean Hollywood?"
"It means what I say it means Gene. Now get I need to get out of here before the fans get rowdy and start throwing their trash into the ring."
"There are no fans Hollywood."
"Exactly Mean Gene and it's because they won't let us do our jobs that no one comes to our events anymore. It's disgusting and it's disgraceful brother."
"The arena was sold out a few hours ago when the event was going on, but now it's over."
"You are right Mean Gene it is over, for the XWF brother."
Hollywood's theme plays again as the man, the myth, the legend exits the empty arena to a sea of silence.
