I inboxed some of you but think it'll be easier just making a general post. I've decided to do this magazine bi-weekly in order to make it more complete. Also with how the divisions at times seem to not really have any definitive guys in a set category I figured it would be better to just do a top ten. Please base your votes on rp performance, participation in angles, and involvement in cards. Basically this is to try to avoid having people in the top ten who have taken the last two weeks off. If anybody thinks anything else should be taken to account please I'm open to suggestions, this is just what I came up with...
