Alexandra lay on her bed, staring up at the ceiling of the little cell that had been her home since madness. A little bit of light flooded into the room from outside the window. The day was fading into night, and her room became engulfed in darkness. Shadows played across the wall, she felt so cut off from everything that made her feel alive. She thought to herself, not wanting anyone to know her condition, she had to protect her and Griffin's baby. She had to be at week nine. Soon she would start to show, the baby would start moving occasionally. In the moments she knew she was alone, she placed her hand on her stomach, rubbing it softly, letting her unborn child know that she was there. Soon she fell asleep and the memories came flooding back.

The company, MWF. Alexandra's daughter was five months old, when Matt Steele kidnapped her. He and Alexandra had been feuding since her return, and it had gotten pretty heated. She remembered searching for three weeks, almost a month after their feud started, Alexandra heard news of where he was keeping her daughter and she followed him. She knew where he was going. He was going to where her daughter was. She crept quietly, as he walked down the street. When he turned down an alleyway, she knew that was the time she needed to do it. Here, no one would see it was her. She could use the darkness to escape back to her car. She waited until he didn't expect it then she stepped up behind him, slamming him in the back of the head with a lead pipe. She lifted him up to his knees. There he was pleading for his life, telling her where her little girl was. She felt no remorse for what she was about to do. Men like him deserved it. Fucking Kidnappers. She brought the gun out of the back of her pants and she fired a shot into the back of his head, execution style. For a few moments, she stood there, frozen, as the blood began to pool around his head. A deep crimson red pool. She then rand towards the house, keeping her gun close, not sure if he had others with him. She kicked the front door in, sending three large guys her way. She fought them off, putting a bullet in each others head.

POP POP POP

Alexandra shot straight up in her bed looking around, angry tears streamed down her face when she realized where she was. A shiver ripped through her body, it was cold and dank. She was kept in this cell as if it was a tomb. She stood, fighting with the bars trying to get out. She realized they were locked. She walked back over to the bed and sat down, wiping her face off. She closed her eyes and thought of his face. In those few passing moments, the memories of their times together, flooded her mind, leaving her with a sense of peace, in her newly chaotic world. He may not be physically, but a part of him was with her. It helped her continue to fight. Her lips parted and she whispered his name into the inky darkness of her lonely prison.

"Griffin."

She needed to fight, for them both. She knew that eventually they would be reunited. She knew out there somewhere, Griffin was worried about her. She wouldn't let him down. Just as much as he was fighting for her, she would be fighting to make her way back to him.
