I was beginning to hate this place...the place where I met him...just for it to end like this...I sighed and watched the twins take off into the park. They were already walking and talking...Both had the ability to heal quickly, block out negative memories, show someone how they saw them...and grew like weeds. It was fucking crazy. Madyson was already looking like she was 6 and Mackenzie was looking like he was 8.

He looked back at me, that spark in his eyes.

"Mackenzie! Don't you dare."

"Momma! I like the other look!"

Mackenzie recently figured out how to change his look and had taking a liking to blonde hair and blue eyes.

"Why?"

"I don't know...because it's cool!"

"Fine..."

His black hair faded to blonde and his eyes changed to a husky blue as he smiled before turning back to chase after his sister.

"Micah?"

I looked over my shoulder and smiled, "Hey..."

"Hey..."

Alexandra walked up to sit on the picnic table next to her. Shaking her head she looked out over the part, placing her hand on her slightly pudgy tummy.

"I don't understand what's gotten into him. What can I do to help?"

"I'm not sure. I was going to see if you would watch the twins until he and I figure out the best option but their bites are just as addicting and venomous as mine, Zak's and Nova's...wouldn't be very good if they bit you or Griffin."

I looked at her out of the corner of my eye before looking back at the ride the twins were currently playing on.

"Not to mention the baby...I just don't know right now...it's been...weird lately."

"Wait. How did you? How did you know? I haven't even told you yet."

Alexandra looked in the direction she looked.

"I haven't seen them since the moment they were born."

I couldn't help but laugh, "I can get in your head, Alexandra. Always have and always will be. Besides, Mother is the Goddess of Childbirth. Can't hide that from me or Zak."

Madyson ran over, gasping slightly and pulling a bottle of water from my bag.

"Momma?"

I cracked it open and waited for her to be done before taking it and watching her run back to Mackenzie.

"I thought Mackenzie was Michael's spitting image?"

"He is when he wants to be. He found out he can change his looks."

Mackenzie ran over after yelling at Madyson to wait and tried grabbing her bottle.

"Hey!"

"Momma, can I have some water?"

"Grab your own bottle."

He nodded and started digging through the bag before handing it over and waiting for me to open it. He crawled up on the seat and onto my lap to drink it. He was forever gonna be a Momma's boy.

Alexandra smiled at them.

"That's impressive, they both seem very sweet."

Alexandra looked down at her stomach, her hand resting on the little bump that had started to form.

"I can't even begin to imagine what this one is going to look like. I hope it will look like their father. He'd probably say he hopes they look like me."

"Maybe he'll be like sissy and look like you but have his eyes?"

Alexandra looked at Mackenzie with a smile, "What makes you think it's a boy?"

"Yeah! It could be a girl."

Madyson jumped up on the table and glared at her brother.

"Then that's one ugly girl if she looks like Uncle."

"Auntie isn't married."

"No but she's gots a baby in her tummy...and I know Auntie doesn't eat babies so there has to be Uncle somewhere."

"Momma? Can I have my bottle?"

I handed Madyson her water bottle, the cap sitting next to Mackenzie's.

"Why do you think there's an Uncle?"

The twins looked at Alex like she was on something, "Mommie has Daddie...and Daddies are needed for babies right? You have a baby and your our Auntie...Means there's an Uncle right?"

Madyson nodded as Mackenzie stuck his bottle back in his mouth, both of them having confused faces.

"Where are they learning this?"

"Zak and Nova."

Ally rolled her eyes and I laughed, kinda wondering what her answer to them would be.

Alexandra looked at the two of them

"Yes the baby does have a daddy and we are together. But he's not your uncle, yet.."

She smiled softly.

"I was there when both of you were born. I wanted to slap your daddy so hard. But I was there."

"Uncle Zak slaps Daddy all the time and we know. We remember that."

"Why did you want to slap Daddy?"

Madyson looked sad at the thought of her Daddy getting slapped by Ally but Mackenzie was mor interested in nap time. His eyes slowly fell shut and it was then that his looks went back to normal.

Ally smiled, "Looks like a little Michael in your arms."

"Yea...he's my little monster."

I pulled out a blanket and covered him up, rocking him slightly.

"Momma? Did daddy do something wrong?"

"No baby."

"Then why does Auntie want to hurt him? Auntie...why you wanna hurt daddy?"

"Well, he wasn't all together at that time. He needed to wake up and realize he's a daddy now. Daddy's have responsibilities."

She smiled at her.

"I just want you, your brother and your momma to be happy.."

"We are...I think Daddy misses brother..."

"What do you mean?"

"Daddy was asleep and he was talking about another boy...called him son...I thought we had a brother?"

I sighed, "You do but he doesn't live here."

"What if we brought him home? Would daddy come back then?"

Madyson looked hopeful, "I think so. I think daddy would come back if we got brother."

"Your daddy never left."

Madyson pointed to her head, "Daddy come back here."

Her face fell slightly, "Who's NAZI?"

Alexandra did a spit take, spraying water all over the side of her escalade.

"How do they know who Nazi is?"

Alexandra looked around.

"If he's here.. I need to.. yeah.. escape and head back to Griffins."

"It's a person? Momma was talking to Uncle about him...she said something about a bite...is Nazi a bad man?"

I swear...she was too smart for her own good. I sighed and kissed the top of Mackenzie's head, making him stirr slightly.

"Madyson...you need your nap too."

"But momma..."

"No buts"

She pouted and Ally opened the door, letting Madyson crawl into the back of the car to curl up on the seat.

"We could lay them down in the hotel."

"It's being demolished."

I looked over my shoulder at the one across the street, "That one. The one recently built."

"Sure thing. I'll take you all wherever you'd like to go. There's also my loft. My three are asleep in the car right now too."

She looked at her.

Radio walks around the corner with his hands in his pockets. He see Micah and Alexandra and walks over.

Micah, I need to talk to you about something important when you have the time.

He turns his head to Alexandra

Hey, Alexandra.

"Hello Michael. I'll be in the car."

Alexandra looked at him, a bit angry with what seemed to be going on between the two. Minx felt abandoned, like she was being left to take care of the twins alone. Alexandra reached under the seat she sat in, her hands touched Veritas and Aequitas.

"Alexandra...take them over to the hotel."

My eyes only broke with Michael's for a minute as I put the bundled Mackenzie in the backseat next to Madyson, who wrapped her arm around his waist.

"Come Michael."

I walked past him to the tree we normally went too when we came to the park. He followed slowly, his hands still in his pockets and his head low.

"What's up?"

Not gonna lie, I was nervous as shit but best know what's wrong now then later.

Radio closed his eyes and inhaled heavily through his nose ans out his mouth.

I've been talking to Isaiah a lot more lately and...I found out that he's in trouble...He's hiding in an old bunker in the middle of nowhere on Avelon. Youre not going to like what I'm about to say.

I looked into Micah's eyes and saw that she was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Telling her what I'm going to do is going to make her sad I'm a sure of it.

I have to return to my time...I have to save my son. He's in danger and I just found out that he's alive and I'm not going to just let him die!

"Michael..."

I'll be back, I promise.

My mind went back to what Madyson said about bringing Isaiah home...

"Bring him home."

"What?"

"Every soldier needs some R&R...bring him home...Madyson wants to meet her big brother."

I smiled and pulled him in for a kiss, my hands tangling in his hair as I pressed up against him.

"Be safe..."

Ill try my best but I am a soldier and anything could happen. I promise to be back. I may or may not come home with wounds but we'll see.

Radio grabs her hips and plants a kiss.

He lets go and turns around and walks away.

My knees finally gave and I fell to the soft ground...tears dripping down my cheeks softly...some fucking birthday.
