Alexandra sat on a stone barricade outside of the resort she had been staying at with Micah and Zak. She stared out over the abandoned theme park and sighed pushing off the wall and walking towards it. These past few weeks had not been the best of times in her life, but they haven’t been the worst either. Soon she found herself standing with Mystica on the outskirts of town. She was being escorted by Mystica to Eli’s compound. Mystica reached up softly, to wrap the blindfold around her eyes, when they left town.

“I’m sorry Alexandra, Eli asked me to bring you out here, and take you back to town, and still keep our village safe from outward knowledge. His advice, not mine.”

“But a blindfold, really? Who am I going to tell?”

“You’ll be fine, darling. I won’t let anything happen to you. I wouldn't. Couldn't.”

“I’m holding you to that Mystica.”

Mystica shrugged his shoulders, it’s not like he knew either, though his intentions were pure. What could be said is that he hoped for the best, and expected the worst. But when Alexandra called him Mystica, he flinched slightly, hoping his darker side might stay buried underneath. When they arrived, Alexandra was escorted inside and the blindfold was taking. She was sat in a chair across from a rocking chair, it what to her eyes looked like a cabin. But where could she be, tried to think about it, she could be anywhere. It was best to just wait for Eli, discuss a game plan with him, and then head on back to her home.

“Eli?”

Alexandra listens to the sounds of silence that filled the room. She was alone and to be honest, it was a bit unnerving. She walked over seeing a large book on a table, running her hand over the cover of the book, she looked down at it, cocking her head to the side, then to the other her gaze still on it. She had seen this book before. That’s when she felt eyes on her, turning around she was looking at Eli.

"Eli. You called for me?”

He still didn’t say anything. It’s as if he was studying her for a moment. He walked around her, this dark creature within his glorious kingdom of bright light. She almost felt weak at the thought. She would remain strong in the short amount of time she would be here. Knowing that if she went missing people would look for her, and stop at nothing to get her back.

"I take it this calling is about our tag team match this week on Warfare. I can assure you that I will be there, and you have nothing to worry about. We will walk out of this match victorious. Cam Lang seems to not take me seriously. But I will show him the true meaning of pain.”

Alexandra watched as he took his seat and motioned for her to sit down. She did slowly, still aware of where she was. She was going to stay on her guard, no telling what people had planned and what they might do to her here. Mystica assured her she was safe, but you could never know.
