Big D began his career in the WWF. No, not THAT WWF, a different one with different wrestlers and championships. While there, Big D got off to a horrendous start going 0-9. Alot of those matches were against the X-Division Champion, Razor, each one a classic, close loss for Big D.

Big D was given one last chance to face Razor on Pay-per-view, a Last Man Standing Match. Leading up to the encounter, Big D finally picked up the momentum he needed by teaming with Mark in a winning effort the show before the Pay-per-view. When the time DID come for his final shot at Razor's X-Division Championship, Big D walked away with his second victory AND the WWF X-Division Championship.

After winning his first gold, Big D strived for more and got an opportunity when Paul Garon was looking for a challenger for his Dark Championship(a title that must be defended in a non-typical wrestling match). Big D accepted this challenge, also agreeing to put HIS title on the line as well. So it was set, the 2 met in a TLC match and Big D managed to pull off the upset victory after Garon missed a 450 to Big D through a table.

People would've thought Big D was good being a Double Champion, but he wasn't gonna stop until he was making history. There'd already been people who held two championships at once in WWF, but NEVER three.

When the TV Title was vacated, WWF held an open invitation Battle Royal to Crown a new champion and Big D walked into that match a Double Champion and walked out as the WWF's first ever Triple Champion.

Unfortunately, everything must come to an end. Only a week into his run, Big D lost the TV Title, followed by the rest of his belts. Though he managed to have a couple more reigns as X-Division Champion and an unlikely pairing with former World Champion, Seth Flash, that led to them becoming Tag Team Champions, Big D was never gonna make it in WWF with the management they had. He was never gonna get taken seriously.

One day Big D was approached by his former friend and rival, The Eagle, about another promotion called the NWF. He told Big D about how he hadn't been there long and was already in the World Title picture. Big D decided he wanted to check it out and he signed on to wrestle for both promotions at once.

Big D made quite an impact upon becoming a member of the NWF roster. He brought people from NWF to WWF in a complete invasion, allowing NWF wrestlers to win WWF Titles in the process. He also got on quite the win streak in NWF, elevating himself to Main Event status, something WWF kept him from achieving.

The highlight of his career came when then NWF World Heavyweight Champion, POz, tried to hand Big D the championship because he was so impressed with him. Management wouldn't have that, as they vacated it and held a tournament at the Pay-per-view to crown a new champion. Big D got lucky he faced POz in the 1st Round, as POz refused to fight. After being victorious in the 2nd Round, he went on to defeat The Demond to win his first ever, and currently only, World Championship. Unfortunately, this reign only lasted about a month as The Demond put him away to become champion.

Big D used his leverage as a former NWF Champion, proving himself worthy of being a Main Eventer, and managed to convince WWF management to give him an opportunity for a shot. He was given a match with the champion, Big Evil, and if he won, he'd be the Number 1 Contender! Big Evil completely destroyed Big D, putting him through the announce table and sending him to the hospital.

Big D's career pretty much was winding down at this point, though he had a short run as The Ego Trip with Slim(a WWF superstar) in NWF where they held the Tag Team Titles for a few weeks.

Big D bounced around from promotion to promotion, but never really found his place again. He left the business after a brief last run in NWF before its collapse, being inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2011 for being a former World Champion, Tag Team Champion, and the pivotal role he played in the NWF/WWF invasion.

Now Big D looks to make the kind of impact he did in the two main promotions he once held near and dear to his heart. Though he has yet to make the kind of splash he's been hoping, there's still plenty of time to accomplish the goal he's always had since day one: championship gold.
