The date is Febuary 4th. The location is unknown storm clouds are rolling whilst a light rain falls. Inside a car outside of a Texaco station sits none other than the former XWF Heavymetalweight champion brooding, brooding over his luck as of late. The loss of his debut match, the loss of his friend, the loss of his title, the loss of the promising beginnings to an XWF career. Everything seemed perfect when he pinned Lux for the HMW title even before his first match had taken place. Everything seemed to be falling in place when he dropped Abigail Monroe on her head, felt her go limp, and covered her...

That's where it all went wrong...

Drezdin had slipped in unnoticed and used the Russian Destroyer costing John Lewis the opportunity every rookie dreams of...a win over a former XWF Champion. That thought still lingers in his mind. Each time he remembers that giant hand closing around his neck, his muscles tense, his throat constricts, the fear arises in him.

The fear and anger...

You think that would be enough for Drezdin, knowing that he nearly slammed John through the XWF ring in front of the sold out Rimrock Auto Arena, not to mention all of the XWF Universe watching from home. The infamy will live on forever especially in this era of technology. John has seen meme after meme and GIF after GIF pop up on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Snapchat, and a multitude of other social media platforms. Every time he goes online since Savage he sees his body being thrust down to the canvas by the man he'd grown to hate.

...that wasn't enough for Drezdin.

After the match John got on his snapchat and announced his stipulation. The 2nd win of their two out of three falls match can only come by submission. It should have been over and done with. Drezdin was so respectable on Warfare after his match with Zane Norrison even shaking the rookie's hand, but at that moment he had to call John a 'puppy', and made inuendos that he was making John his boy by saying he was his 'father' in a mocking way. John in his own way blew it off and went back after Drezdin with his one liners. Those silly comments soon escalated to him threatening John's life and bringing his family into it saying to call his parents and invite them to Warfare so they could watch Drezdin 'destroy his ass'.

Whilst John found the unintentional pun amusing that moment is when Drezdin started to get to him. Then it happened...the turning point...the point of no return for Drezdin. These words are etched into John's memory forever...

John heard no other words. That was the moment in time when everything changed. Drezdin had made it personal. That was the turning point for John Lewis. In all his time competing in combat sports; whether it was Varsity wrestling, whether it was Division 1 wrestling at his Alma Mata, whether it was his MMA career, or whether it was here in the XWF...John never took it personal, but that all has changed.

Drezdin's his.
