A doctor and Jessalyn Hart come from the left of the screen. The doctor pulls a few note cards out of his pocket clears his throat and leans in to speak on the mic.

Hello everyone my name is Dr. Benjamin Straught. I am a Neurological and Spinal Surgery specialist With U.C. Earlier today I and a team of surgeons began a process to fuse vertebrae in the neck of Patrick Coldwell. Mr. Coldwell had severe nerve damage and a disc rupture of Cervical 1 through 4.

Upon looking closer and more thoroughly we found the damage was more severe than first thought. We went ahead with the procedure and attempted to correct all of the ruptures. Although we thought we had succeeded we soon found that we had only made it worse. The procedure had caused more stress for Mr.Coldwell's Spine and Nerves. This resulted in a chain reaction and events that would force us to place Mr.Coldwell in a medically induced coma. He was also placed on a respirator and given a nutritional tube.

Approximately 2 hours ago he began losing other major functions. Kidney function, Liver Function and shortly after he lost brain activity. It was at this point we had to consult his power of attorney Ms.Hart for the best course of action.

It pains me to inform you that as of 11:50 pm est. Mr. Coldwell had been taking off life support and was passed away shortly after. So to repeat this information Mr. Patrick Coldwell also know by his character name "Mezian" passed away today at 11:50 pm due to complications, he was 34 years old.
