I'm more of a positive reinforcement kind of guy, but this is a good example. As you can see, the results go up remarkably on time... early even... when we aren't waiting for matches. This is the new normal.

Personally, I think it's much better to have full written matches that are exciting and entertaining, but it simply isn't fair to make everyone else wait because of one or two. Please, please, please, if you are writing a match, turn it in early. Or at the very least, on time.
