Entrance Description: Just as "Crazy Train" picks up, Butch Holliday steps out onto the stage with his thump up in the air! He smiles and marches down to the ring handing out as many high-fives and handshakes as he can along the way. Once he reaches the ring, he rolls under the bottom rope, and jogs around the ring. He takes a couple of jabs at the far corner turnbuckle before resting against it awaiting the bell.
