Justice Drake is seen walking backstage, when he opens Robbie Bourbon's locker room door. He walks in and taps Robbie on the shoulder.

Have you seen Fernando around?

Umm, no. Why do you ask?

Because, l wanna send a message to him and his CCWF goons that l'm back

Oh okay, well no. l haven't seen him

Justice is about to leave when he notices something, a sledghammer. He picks it up and turns to Robbie.

Is this your sledghammer?

Justice takes the sledghammer and opens the door, while Robbie is confused. He then opens the door and chases after Drake.

Wait, what are you doing?

Doing what l should of done, ages ago. Ending Austin Fernando

Robbie goes to say something, but Justice busts down a door and standing in front of him is an unsuspecting Fernando. Justice charges at Austin and hits him with the sleghammer, right in the skull. The force of the blow sends Austin towards a door, but not to the floor. He once again charges at Austin and kicks his head through metal, thus opening the door. Justice Drake once again looks over a beaten, a bloodied, a battered and a lifeless Austin Fernando. But Justice stares at Austin, thinking to himself "This isn't good enough". So he clutches the sledghammer and begins to smash it into the back of Austin's head. Blow after blow, until it snaps in two. He turns Austin over and begins to whack the front of his head, with the hammer part of the sledghammer, until he feels he is satisfied with Austin's condition. While this is happening, Robbie looks on in mixed emotions. He is happy to see Austin getting his ass kicked, but is in horror of what Justice is doing. Justice says it's about time to end it, and he grabs a steel chair and an equipment crate. Drake positions the chair underneath the head of the champ, and then climbs on top of the crate.

Just stay down Austin. This will never be over, between you and me, but l can guarentee that the pain and the suffering will stop if you just stay down. I will stop attacking you backstage, if you just stay down. It's not worth it Fernando. I'm not in it to win money from Robbie, l'm here to send a message. A message that reads, to you and the rest of your CCWF fools, l'm back. l'm back and l'm ready to fight

Justice looks at Robbie, then at Austin. He leaps off the crate, getting massive airtime, and hits a double foot Curb Stomp, which send Austin's head through the chair. Justice then goes for a pin, and asks Robbie to count it.
