Long, awkward silence.

Suddenly, Cain rears back and strikes Nico with his fingertips in the throat, uppercut style, sending the newcomer to his knees. Cain sneers, eyes flashing red and the sneer melting into a cruel grin.

I'm in your way, bitch.

He sneers again and spits on Levay before fading into the shadows. The lights flicker back on and Cain is gone.
